- Whenever Dark Bob with his nickname and shadow powers, people tend to avoid or even ostracize him, because everyone is already aware of this trope. Not only when he is trying to take over the world, but also when he tries to go shopping.
- Many villains possess powers of dark, causing everyone with dark powers to be immediately assumed evil.
