- Straight: Felix wears a pink shirt, likes opera, ballet, fashion show, grooming himself, cooking, and cleaning, and wears his heart on his sleeve. He's dating Alice.

- Felix is straight and acts girly, but he is a Heteronormative Crusader.

- Sometimes Felix acts camp, and other times he acts manly. He identifies as straight, but then he appears to be flirting with Bob. However, this was just a misunderstanding. He was just being friendly.
- Despite acting camp most of the time, whenever Felix flirts with a woman, his mannerisms become more traditionally masculine, as if his personality did an entire 180.
- Averted: Felix is neither campy effeminate nor manly at all, he is just a Ridiculously Average Guy.

- The Moral Guardians won't let the writers make a gay character, so they just make Felix a very effeminate straight guy.
- The creators are sick of the Camp Gay stereotype and want to show that straight men are also capable of being effeminate and having great interest in the arts.

- Felix can't land a date because all women that he attracts always treat him like he is their Gay Best Friend, and the only women that "attract" to him are actually Abhorrent Admirer Yaoi Fangirls who recklessly chasing him and desperately want him to make out with his manlier friends. Causing him slowly becomes an Effeminate Misogynistic Guy.
- Or his feminine looks and interests are a source of Only Has Same-Sex Admirers that cause a painfully Incompatible Orientation.
- Felix is harassed by heteronormative Testosterone Poisoning Jerkasses because they assume that he is gay, as a result, he even becomes a Straw Feminist Dogged Nice Guy who thinks he is superior to other men, especially manly men.
- Felix can't land a date because all women that he attracts always treat him like he is their Gay Best Friend, and the only women that "attract" to him are actually Abhorrent Admirer Yaoi Fangirls who recklessly chasing him and desperately want him to make out with his manlier friends. Causing him slowly becomes an Effeminate Misogynistic Guy.
- Reconstructed: Then he meets Alice, who either left an abusive relationship with a manly man or give up from her attraction toward Camp Gay men, and she accepts his feminine interests as well as his relationship decision.
- Played For Laughs: Felix is inappropriately flamboyant, his Valley Girl mannerism also gives a strong resemblance to Alice, his Brainless Beauty girlfriend.

- Felix has had to fight people on both sides of the Mistaken for Gay equation all of his life - gay people who are embarrassed that he looks like the most blatant example of the "flaming" stereotype this side of Will & Grace or Mannequin and straight people who are so driven to refuse Felix's insistence and evidence that he is straight that they come off as mentally unbalanced themselves.
- Similar to the above, Felix is quick to point the Double Standard that he's only allowed to like or even know certain things if he is gay, even if they are practical items like how to mend his clothes.
- Played For Horror: Felix is tossed in an anti-gay camp and forced to endure the brainwashing and torture (or rather, he doesn't) just because he has "that funny voice gay people use".
