The Harbingers of Repression

If we must have a tyrant,
let him at least be a gentleman
who has been bred to the business,
and let us fall by the axe
and not by the butcher's cleaver.

Darkseid, God of Apokolips, Lord of Tyranny, is many things. One couldn't even begin to imagine half of them. The absolute ruler of Apokolips and commander of an immense army of Parademons whose sole purpose is the utter subjugation of all they come across. With the weapons of fear and terror, Darkseid will not—can not—stop until he has everything he sets his sights on under his complete control.

Advertisement:

Such is the hubris of Darkseid. His immense power, even compared to the likes of his fellow New Gods, gave him a reputation worthy of extreme reverence and dread. His awesome might gained him allies, such as YHVH and The Anti-Spiral, their belief in oppression and ruling through the aspect of tyranny befitting Darkseid's goals. However, after the Great Upheaval, Darkseid lost many of his allies. YHVH established the Grand United Alliance of Law and the Anti-Spiral joined up with the Grand United Alliance of Evil. These actions displeased Darkseid, for he was unwilling to submit to either Alliance's command, and so his company was limited only to his servants back on Apokolips.

Darkseid would not just accept this. When he was approached by the leader of the GUAE, Melkor, the God of Evil reminded him sorely of his own father, Yuga Khan, so Darkseid took an immediate disliking to him. Darkseid maintained his eloquent tone and proposed that Melkor step down so he could replace him. Melkor refused, as his influence was undeniable, and his leadership of the GUAE was something he was unwilling to relinquish. Darkseid offered a similar proposal to YHVH to no avail.

Keeping his frustration and disappointment under control, the God of Tyranny began plotting a new scheme. Darkseid established a new version of the Dark Side Club in the House of Commerce, which he managed using the moniker Boss Dark Side. The Dark Side Club attracted numerous villains, with some knowing Darkseid personally. This would be the starting point for the Lord of Apokolips to begin amassing an army of his own. He began with Shao Kahn, whom he had shared an experience with before the Pantheon. The Konquerer was quick to reestablish his alliance, although Darkseid asserted to him that his superior power would keep him in check. Shao Kahn obliged after his own experiences with Kronika. With this, Darkseid's army increased to include those in Outworld who were still loyal to Shao Kahn.

Advertisement:

Darkseid's greatest ally, Big Brother, was an immediate union as the two of them shared an innate desire for Dystopia. Big Brother's influence has reached out to Apokolips as a means to further increase torture and enslavement, something which Darkseid is comfortable with.

With two new allies under his belt, he needed a third whom he could manage. This came in the form of Sauron, Melkor's Bastard Understudy, who felt disgruntled with Melkor favoring Lord Voldemort over him for the leadership of the GUAE Malum Magia. Seizing the opportunity, Darkseid approached Sauron and persuaded Sauron to consider his service to Melkor and how things were going unfavorably for him, before concluding that his goal of taking over Middle-Earth instead of destroying it aligned more with Darkseid's goals than Melkor's. Surprised by his words, Sauron reconsidered his time in the GUAE before submitting his allegiance to Darkseid. The God of Apokolips was pleased with how his new empire was beginning to take form.

Shortly thereafter, Darkseid crossed paths with Archaon the Everchosen, who at first wanted nothing to do with him. Darkseid managed to catch Archaon's attention by mentioning the Chaos Gods and how every alliance opposed him, given his reputation and him destroying his own world, which stunned Archaon. Darkseid offered an arrangement in which he would supply Archaon with resources to rebel against the Chaos Gods as long as he commited his service and the loyalty of the Everchosen to Darkseid, which would give the Lord of Apokolips a substantial legion of Daemons to add to his forces. Archaon agreed, albeit hesitantly, and has taken the role of Darkseid's ace.

In time, Darkseid will be ready to have his own force unveiled. While he may not yet have the massive numbers or vast influence the Grand United Alliances have, Darkseid has made it clear to his followers that this is only the beginning of his dark ambitions. In time, he and his forces will make their mark on the Pantheon and the day will come when Darkseid will lay siege to the Pantheon and take full control. Such is the will of Darkseid.

"If you will not be my knight, then you will be my pawn."

Supreme Lord

    Darkseid
Darkseid, God of Dystopias That Justify the Means (Uxas, God of Tyranny/Evil, Dread Lord of Apokolips, Lord of the Omega Effect, Master of Darkness, Dark God, Boss Dark Side, Doug Side, Blackheart the Deatheater)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/darkseid_7.jpg
DARKSEID IS!
Darkseid in Justice League Odyssey
  • Overdeity (also rules over the New Gods of Apokolips), though his avatars may vary in Rank (Usually at least Greater God)
  • Symbol: The Omega Symbol
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil personified
  • Darkseid created the Harbingers of Repression after being rejected by the GUAE and GUAL, seeking to develop a faction of his own to instill his own influence. While Darkseid is infinitely opposed to everything that is good, his primary objective is to usurp Melkor and YHVH and take over their leading factions. From there, he will unite the two alliances, after which he will proceed to destroy the GUAG, GUAC, GUAD and GUAM and conquer the Pantheon.
  • Threat Level: UNBELIEVABLY EXTREME. Darkseid has taken on the Justice League multiple times and, in some occasions, managed to come out victorious. Possessing a New God physiology and empowered by the Omega Effect, Darkseid has access to unbelievable power assets, including phenomenal strength and an abnormal amount of intelligence, as well as a limitless degree of sadism to back him up on top of his ability to drain and absorb the power of other gods, Darkseid is unquestionably among the Pantheon's greatest threats, perhaps even more so than he was outside of it. His true form's sheer malevolence and energy can destroy the entire multiverse if he were to exit Fourth World.

Top Enforcers

Darkseid's greatest lieutenants and enforcers of his brutal tyranny and threat. While each of them have varying opinions on the Lord of Tyranny, one thing that can be assured is that they themselves possess incredible strength and can command entire legions of armies of their own. They also serve as close confidants to Darkseid, having the most direct contact with him and Darkseid places most of his will and objectives (for himself at least) on them.

    Sauron
Sauron, God of Dark Lords (The Dark Lord of Mordor, The Enemy, The Eye, The Lord of The Rings, Base Lord of Treachery, The Necromancer, Annatar, Lord of Gifts, Gorthaur the Cruel; true original name: Tar-Mairon the Excellent)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/sauron_3.png
Sauron in battle
Click here  for the Eye of Sauron
Click here  for his lost, beautiful form
  • Greater God, bordering on Overdeity should he reclaim the One Ring.
  • Symbols: The Great Eye, the One Ring.
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil
  • Reason for Joining: Sauron was annoyed and furious over the fact that Melkor decided to appoint Lord Voldemort as the Master of the GUAE Malum Magia instead of him. He felt betrayed considering he was Melkor's personal apprentice and successor. Soon after, a meeting with Darkseid caused him to look back on Melkor's actions, before noticing that the two were different in their approach for conquest. Darkseid was able to convince Sauron that Melkor wasn't respecting him too much and that he desired more, hence he proposed the idea that Sauron should leave the GUAE in favor of the Lord of Tyranny. Sauron accepted, out of bitterness towards Melkor and seeing Darkseid as a more relatable figure than Melkor.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Moderate. Although Sauron is treacherous towards his original master, he has developed a sense of respect towards Darkseid and is currently his most personal enforcer in the Harbingers of Repression. Darkseid is well-aware that Sauron may try to turn his back on him in the future, and is thinking about a countermeasure should it ever occur. But for the time being, they get along well.
  • Threat Level: Very High. Sauron is the Dark Lord after all, and his strength and influence is enough to have most of Middle-Earth and the Pantheon quake in fear. His threat goes up to new levels should he reclaim the One Ring, which further amplifies his powers.

    Big Brother
Big Brother, God of Dystopia
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/rsz_bigbrother.png
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: His face accompanied by the words “Big Brother is watching you.”
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil
  • Reason for Joining: Big Brother was one of Darkseid's staunchest allies prior to the formation of the Harbingers and the Lord of Tyranny felt natural that he would allow Big Brother to join its ranks as the main political message and propaganda tool, all of which sounded promising enough. Seeing as Big Brother has a very tenuous collaboration with YHVH, Darkseid seeks to use this as an advantage and spy on the GUAL as a means to get ahead of his greatest rivals.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Very High. Big Brother may be Darkseid's most loyal and trusted ally in the Pantheon. Both of them are very eager in the concept of Dystopia and are all too willing to strip away free will and render their victims into slavery and eternal torment. They acknowledge this and get along incredibly well with Big Brother only remaining in the GUAL as a way of furthering Darkseid's goals.
  • Threat Level: EXTREME. Big Brother can, and will, break anyone's mind and spirit in such a terrifying manner in order to subjugate them into slavery, and it has been able to do this on a global scale. Additionally, its propaganda tactics and manipulation are masterful to the extent that people shortly fall into it. No wonder Darkseid favored Big Brother so much that it instantly allowed it to join the Harbingers.

    Lord Recluse
Stefan Richter, God of Superhuman Intelligence (Lord Recluse, The Master of Evil, The Count of Cruel, The Archvillain of Anarchy)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/rndr_lordrecluse03_removebg_preview.png
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: The Arachnos Logo and the Motto - Strength Through Undying Loyalty
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil
  • Reason for Joining: He had a decision between Darkseid and the GUAE, but Lord Recluse decided to take the former, mainly because Law and Tyranny was more closer to his ultimate goal than the absolute destruction that Melkor was aiming for. He is also Darkseid's primary scientific asset and Evil Genius, given that he initially wanted to advance the world with science and later decided to use his superhuman intelligence to conquer the world.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Moderate-High. He likes Darkseid and is openly welcome of the fact that they're both on the orderly and structured side of villainy, hence his decision to side with the Lord of Tyranny. That said, he also appreciates Melkor, albeit to a lesser extent, given that he was not impressed with Melkor refusing to do battle unless left with no choice and cowering upon his defeats and for employing and working alongside Nazi's, whom Lord Recluse despises with a passion.
  • Threat Level: Absurdly High. He is a powerful supervillain with an entire country and an army of supervillain ready to serve and die for him. However, his greatest ability is his intellect which is so potent and empowered, it allows Lord Recluse to determine strategies, enemy strengths and weaknesses and possible outcomes in an incredibly short amount of time. He is easily among the most intelligent beings in the entire Pantheon and someone who could even challenge the likes of Brainiac and Reed Richards in that regard.

    Shao Kahn
Shao Kahn, God of Infernal Taunting (Emperor Shao Kahn, Shao Kahn the Konqueror, Konqueror of Worlds and Realms, Bootleg Skeletor)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/shao_kahn_8.png
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: His Skull Helmet upon his Hammer, with the symbol of Mortal Kombat as the background.
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil
  • Reason for Joining: Shao Kahn and Darkseid have a bit of history with one another that resulted in a fusee, Dark Kahn. Unfortunately, they were defeated with Shao Kahn and Darkseid being imprisoned in the Phantom Zone and the Netherrealm respectively. They are seeking for a payback in that aspect.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Moderate. Shao Kahn's tendency of konquering realms isn't so different from what Darkseid does and from recent events, Shao Kahn does know when to remain subservient when it comes to higher beings.
  • Threat Level: High. Shao Kahn is as feared as he is brutal and punishing in kombat. His magical affinity is also potent, allowing him to conjure spears and a giant hammer to decimate foes. His constant feeding of souls also makes him even more powerful than one may expect.

    Archaon the Everchosen
Archaon, The Godly Product of Violation (Archaon the Everchosen, The Anointed One, Lord of the End Times, The Favorite Son of Chaos, The Scourge of the World, The Three-Eyed King, Diederick Kastner)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/2076194_archaonwarhammerinvasion_9.jpg
Archaon and his Steed, Dorghar
  • Greater God, borderline Overdeity with the Six Treasures of Chaos
  • Symbol: The Eight Pointed Star of Chaos or the Eye of Sheerian
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil (Formerly Lawful Good)
  • Reason for Joining: Archaon was forced to form an alliance as the Chaos Gods were aligned to Melkor and the GUAE and every other faction contained a good number of his enemies in the Warhammer World. Darkseid was able to convince Archaon to work together in the hopes of bringing down the Chaos Gods, though in exchange, Darkseid would like to have a faction of the Daemons Archaon has in his service. Though he has agreed on the terms, Archaon isn't really trusting of the Lord of Tyranny.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: None. The only reason why Archaon allied himself with Darkseid is because the Lord of Tyranny possessed the only faction that wasn't occupied by Archaon's enemies in his world, plus Darkseid is opposed against the Chaos Gods like Archaon is. Darkseid however knows that Archaon isn't fond of him, but treats him better than any of his servants so that Archaon can remain in service for the God of Apokolips's benefit. There is also the fact that Archaon has ties to the Anti-Monitor, which has caused further enmity between Darkseid and the Anti-Monitor, in addition to Archaon not having any true allegiance to either of them.
  • Threat Level: EXTREME. Archaon is the Everchosen, the one to bring about the End Times. Nearly everyone, hero or villain, is deathly afraid of him and Archaon himself is a master of combat and magic and possessing the Six Treasures of Chaos that bolsters his already dreaded strength and presence to new levels, in addition to leading a gigantic army of Daemons. He even managed to successfully destroy the Warhammer World.

    The Anti-Spiral
The Anti-Spiral, God of Universal Genocide (The Anti-Spiral King)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/9307bb8bb462a1c2422b8cb5a8620406.jpeg
  • Overdeity (rank can change depending on who he fights)
  • Symbol: His eyes and mouth, or a Mugann Unit.
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil (claims to be Lawful Neutral)
  • Reason for Joining: Darkseid and the Anti-Spiral were once affable with one another and took the time to visit each other before Melkor snatched him away for the GUAE. After Darkseid announced the Harbingers and promoted a villainous order and stability for the Pantheon, the Anti-Spiral immediately took to supporting the Lord of Tyranny, believing that Darkseid can enforce the law and order the Anti-Spiral wants to see.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Polarizing, to say the least. The Anti-Spiral is still Darkseid's friend, now that the Harbingers has been established, but he is also still a member of the GUAE and hence, has ties to Melkor. Whether the Anti-Spiral prefers Darkseid or Melkor is up for anyone's guess.
  • Threat Level: EXTREME. This is a being who is capable of commanding great armies of mechas that are capable of catastrophic destruction. The Anti-Spiral himself has the power to subjugate and destroy galaxies and the universe if he felt like it. That's one of the reasons why Darkseid favored him a lot.

Leading Figures and Messengers

While not to the extent of the top enforcers, they're still effective leaders and beings of tremendous might and commandeering large armies overall. They serve as Darkseid's general messengers as a means to relay information from the GUA forces as a means to gather as much information as possible.

    Alduin
Alduin, Nordic God of Words of Power (Destroyer Devour Master, The World-Eater, The Time-Eater, Firstborn of Akatosh, Harbinger of the Apocalypse, Bane of Kings, Satakal)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/alduin_2808.JPG
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: A stone carving of his head, inscribed under which are runes in the Dragon Language reading, "AL DU IN".
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Reason for Joining: Alduin finds Darkseid to be relatable due to their greater interest in conquest over destruction. He would also like to learn the Anti-Life Equation in the Dragon Language so as to gain the ability to control the gods of his own universe.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Moderate. Alduin and Darkseid get along with each other relatively well and both of them are more than willing to inflict a tyrannical dystopia onto their worlds. That said, Alduin's bloated ego can be a issue at times, which Darkseid would like to remedy at some point.
  • Threat Level: Very High. Alduin is the Nordic God of Destruction and is destined to destroy Tamriel at a certain point. He is also able to manifest his powers in the metaphysical plane, allowing him to harm even those who are dead. Although he isn't interested, his powers still rival most dragons and his maliciousness can bring down even the bravest of heroes.
  • A member of the GUAD Scar Corps, Alduin was an alienated member as neither him nor Nekron had any respect for one another. Although Alduin also enjoyed destruction and carnage, he also developed a taste of subjugation and tyranny, which caused him to forsake his duty of destroying Tamriel as a means to of rebirth for a new generation. He already saw Darkseid as a kindred figure before the announcement of the Harbingers of Repression. Alduin has since taken arms, working with Darkseid to spread fear and terror, while also being promised the Anti-Life Equation to be recited to him to inflect on Tamriel. Alduin still maintains his position in the Scar Corps, but is also acting as a mole for Darkseid.

    Cooler
Cooler, God of Informed Superiority (Coola, Coora, Metal Cooler, Meta-Cooler, The Emperor's Brother, Lord Cooler, "Frieza", Monsieur Cooler (by his henchman Salza), Prick, Beau, Honey)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/cooler1.png
Fifth Form Cooler
Meta Cooler
Cooler's Remains "fixed" by the Big Gete Star
Golden Cooler
Golden Meta-Cooler
  • Greater God (borderline Overdeity as Meta-Cooler or Golden Cooler)
  • Symbol: the Symbol for his Armored Squadron, or The Big Gete Star
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Reason for Joining: Frieza is a member of the GUAE and a high-ranking one at that. What better way to represent his rivalry than join forces with the one tyrant that opposes Melkor the most. Then again, Frieza really doesn't want Cooler in the GUAE Conquest Force, plus Cooler is adamant that he is, well, COOLER.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Low to Moderate. Darkseid and Cooler don't really have much to relate to, plus Cooler has his own rivalry and goals to plot out. He does however, respect Darkseid for his power and influence, which Cooler noted could rival or even overshadow Beerus.
  • Threat Level: Very High. Cooler has a large collection of troops ready to fight for him and while not as feared as Frieza, is still incredibly powerful and can intimidate his foes with quick success. Even worse, he himself has a massive robotized clone army, courtesy of the Big Gete Star and his own Golden Form.
  • Cooler also works under the GUAE Contractors, which Darkseid knew about even before he began the creation of the Harbingers. He's allowed Cooler to go on with the contract, considering he isn't a proper member anyways and that his main priority is Frieza. That said, Darkseid has made it clear that most of the Big Gete Star would be at his disposal lest he send Cooler to the Omega Sanction.

    Fortinbras
Fortinbras, The Lord of Demons (God of Light, King of Genma, White Serpent, Man in White)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/fortinbras_white_serpent.jpg
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: The Omen Star
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil
  • Reason for Joining: He simply saw Darkseid as being more relatable than Melkor; both are feared warmongers with added charisma and charm to accompany their cold and vicious nature underneath and his army of Genma and the Parademons seem to really align with one another pretty effectively.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: High. Despite his association towards Light and being similar to Melkor in being a God of Evil, Fortinbras gets along splendidly with Darkseid, often playing mind games with one another in order to sharpen their minds. Furthering their relationship is their grip on their armies and the capability to end worlds if they felt like it, they simply prefer order.
  • Threat Level: Very High. When you command a legion of demons, are capable of destroying worlds and prove yourself to be among the greatest threats to any demon slayers, its warranted. Fortinbras is even more deadly with a masterful intellect and mentally getting ahead of his foes quickly.

    The Shredder
The Shredder, God(s) of Breakout Villains (Oroku Saki, Duke Acureds, Torrinon, Kako Naso, Ch'rell, Metal Mouth, Tin Head, Super Shredder, True Shredder, Utrom Shredder, Tengu Shredder, Cyber Shredder)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/35ea5fe51064d081124ef51fd2f6a4b6.jpg
One of many Shredders.
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: Either a foot, or a stylized dinosaur foot.
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Reason for Joining: While the exact reasons are unknown, it is stated that Shredder joined Darkseid because the latter had an altercation against the Ninja Turtles and has noticed that they would be of great threat at some point. Shredder hasn't disclosed the information, which makes the situation all the more mysterious, with some even asking if there's more than one Shredder in the Pantheon.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Surprisingly high, given that Shredder is also just as loyal to Melkor. Being a leader of a malicious ninja clan and instilling fear and terror towards his own troops and enemies, Shredder and Darkseid have noted a lot of similarities towards one another. Again, this raises more questions as to why Shredder is comfortable working with both Darkseid and Melkor.
  • Threat Level: Very High. Shredder is among the most vicious and terrifying ninjas in the Pantheon and his scuffles against the Ninja Turtles have proven it time and time again. Additionally, Shredder leads a squadron of ninjas, providing a hidden and stealthy combat force for the Harbingers and some degree of technological asset.
  • Also a member of the GUAE Mutation Lair. This has the Pantheon confused, given that Shredder gets along with Darkseid and Melkor very well. Some have theorized that there are two different iterations of Shredder in the Pantheon, especially given that that there have been several iterations beforehand and this also applies to the Ninja Turtles.

    Tenjuro Banno
Tenjuro Banno, God of Exerting His Superiority over Other Villains (Professor Banno, iDad - call him that at your own peril, Banno Driver, Gold Drive)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tenjuro_banno.jpg
Banno (in Tablet form)
Spoiler
Spoiler
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: The iPad Tablet carrying his Consciousness. Actually, the Banno Driver itself
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Reason for Joining: Tenjuro's raving God-Complex caused him to enter rival status with Ryoma Sengoku who was under the GUAE Contractors (Keep in mind that Ryoma isn't a proper member to begin with), so he decided to further his own scientific research and wishes of Godhood to an alliance with the Lord of Tyranny.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Low, which surprisingly enough was better than what Tenjuro could have expected. While Tenjuro and Darkseid do have a few similarities, such as delusions of grandeur and being terrible parents and bosses, the former's narcissism gets him far too boisterous to really be respectful of anyone in general, let alone Darkseid. There's also the fact that the primary reason he is in the Harbingers is because he wants to prove to Ryoma that he is the better scientist and villain overall.
  • Threat Level: Very High, considering that his scientific mind led to the creation of the Roidmutes, is capable of coming up with tech that can threaten large populations effectively and that his AI consciousness makes the primary AI-based asset in the Harbingers. Being Kamen Rider Gold Drive allows him to be formidable fighter in his own right.

The Furies:

These serve as Darkseid's personal female fighters, given that the Apokoliptian Furies are yet to be given a position in the Pantheon. Each of them were chosen by the Lord of Tyranny due to their overall fear factor and for their power and/or overall leadership skills as a means to further enlarge his own army.

    Artoria (Altria) Pendragon Alter/Saber Alter
Artoria Pendragon Alter, Goddess of Suddenly Black Outfits (Saber Alter, Blackened Saber, Dark-tainted Tyrant, The Tyrant of Kings, Alteria Blackdragon, Summer Rider, Maid Alter, Tenacious Blaze, Santa Alter, Salter, Ice Bitch Queen)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/saberaltgostage1.png
As Santa Alter
As a Summer Rider
  • Greater Goddess
  • Symbol: Excalibur Morgan, under her mask
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil normally, Lawful Good as Santa Alter
  • Reason for Joining: Saber Alter felt like as the tyrannical opposite of her original counterpart, she feels as if Darkseid was the side that fit her best. Speaking of which, the Lord of Tyranny approached her specifically to become one of his personal Furies as a means to provide Saber Alter a chance to govern a section of Apokolips and establish and define her own leadership.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Teeters between Low and Average. While Saber Alter is devoted to Darkseid regarding battles, she has some modicum of standards that she adheres to, probably fragments of the original Saber's personality, and she doesn't wholly agree on what the Lord of Tyranny has to say.
  • Threat Level: Respectably High. After all, she is the corrupted version of Saber, one of the most powerful and well-respected knights in the Pantheon, in addition to still win over the loyalty and respect of several hundreds of foot-soldiers under her command. Darkseid respects her in that regard.

    Sindel
Sindel, Goddess of Overwhelming Cutscene Power (Queen of Edenia, Empress of Outworld)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/sindel.jpg
Sindel as a Revenant
  • Intermediate Goddess
  • Symbol: Her hair.
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil (Lawful Good in the original timeline, As far as we know)
  • Reason for Joining: Being Shao Kahn's wife, Sindel was poised to be with him at most times. And even then, Sindel expressed more interest in Darkseid over Melkor even before Kahn was invited to join the Harbingers.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Moderate. Its more tied to Shao Kahn's loyalty towards the Lord of Tyranny than anything after all. That said, Sindel does get along with Darkseid and is all too happy to serve as an additional Furie for him.
  • Threat Level: High. She wasn't the Queen of Edenia for nothing, plus Sindel has been gaining an increase in power even before entering the Pantheon. She may not be as strong as Shao Kahn himself, but her versatile abilities and vast strength have made her one of the most powerful Kombatants out there.

    Tira
Tira, Goddess of Psychopathic Child Adults (Dark Wings That Plot in Secret, Bird of Death, Eiserne Drossel.)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/soulcalibur_vi_201882110555_2.jpg
  • Lesser Goddess
  • Symbol: Eiserne Drossel, her weapon of choice
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Reason for Joining: She's been having a fallout with Nightmare and Melkor simply felt too boring for her as he keeps devoting his time to global domination. Tira also had the same feeling towards Darkseid, given his Lawful Evil status, but the Mines of Torment felt like something she would gladly take part in and quickly accepted a role as one of the Furies. Despite her role, Tira spends more time devising torture and mockery, though it doesn;t stop her from entering a battlefield anytime.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Pretty complex, given how much of a Mood-Swinger Tira is. When Jolly, he's enamored with how Darkseid treats the denizens of Apokolips and she wastes no time going out to mutilate and torment as many as her heart's content. When Gloomy, she distances herself from the Lord of Tyranny, though she still shares the Jolly mood's aspect of inflicting pain and mockery on others for the hell of it.
  • Threat Level: Moderate-High. Tira is a mentally deranged fighter to the point where much of her thought processing and personality can be wholly unpredictable. She may not be incredibly strong or possess strong influence, but she makes up for it with sheer sadism and the tendency to strike when least expected.

    Mileena
Mileena, Goddess of Sexy Bodies with Hideous Faces (The Mad Empress, Mileena Kahn)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/mileena_7.png
  • Lesser Goddess
  • Symbol: Her two Sais and her head with her face uncovered arranged in a skull-and-crossbones pattern.l
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Reason for Joining: Mileena is always going to find a way to stick to Shao Kahn and to carry out his will and dominion. If he sides with Darkseid, so will Mileena.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Its actually based on how cordial Darkseid and Shao Kahn can act towards one another. They get along rather well, so Mileena shouldn't have much of a problem working for the Lord of Tyranny. Doesn't stop the fact that she'll always prefer her father over Darkseid, though she's taken to forming an Odd Friendship with Kalibak.
  • Threat Level: High. While she may not be really powerful, Mileena can make up for it with utter viciousness and being an incredibly skilled fighter, which makes her feared towards her opponents.

    Redyue
Redyue, Goddess of Enjoying Being Evil (The Jade Overlord Inves)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/krga_redyue_0.png
  • Intermediate Goddess
  • Symbol: The Dau (Her Weapon)
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Reason for Joining: Well, Darkseid's an Evil Overlord with a penchant of unbridled rage and brutality and actively revels in his villainy. Redyue was impressed and decided to plea for an alliance, thinking that Darkseid's ultimate goals can allow Redyue to go through an endless stream of torture and violence towards the helpless.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: High. Darkseid is a clear villain and is unashamed about it. Redyue respects that and she's been proving herself to be a good asset overall.
  • Threat Level: High. She is a skilled warrior who has taken on a Kamen Rider team with unrelenting brutality. Also adding to her threat is the ability to Mind Rape others, usually for fun.

    Skarlet
Skarlet, Goddess of Power From Blood
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/skarlet_mk11_removebg_preview_6.png
  • Intermediate Goddess (can get stronger when in contact with blood)
  • Symbols: A Pair of Bloodstained Katanas (MK9) or a Blood Vial (MK11).
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Reason for Joining: Where Shao Kahn goes, so does Skarlet. She's devoted to her emperor a lot and she doesn't mind if Shao is friends with Darkseid. Then again, he could ask for another Furie to be of worthwhile benefit to his army
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Moderate. Skarlet gets along with Darkseid and is thankful of the fact that she gets to plunder planets, an opportunity never really done so before. That said, her allegiance is more towards Shao Kahn than anyone else.
  • Threat Level: High. Her blood-related powers have made Skarlet a feared opponent in her own right and with the amount of bloodshed the Pantheonic Forever War is going through, she can captialize on that to further boost her strength.

Mines of Torment

A faction that Desaad and Granny Goodness suggested seeing as their main objectives and profession is to torture and break people, Darkseid commissioned this as a means to subjugate as many individuals as possible to Mind Rape and corrupt individuals into his side. This also serves as a scientific base of sorts as some of the torture tools and techniques could be fashioned into weaponry for Darkseid's forces to use.

    Granny Goodness
Granny Goodness, Tyrant-Goddess of the Orphanage (Goddess of Child Abuse)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/granny_goodness_1.jpg
  • Intermediate Goddess
  • Symbol: A propaganda poster with her face, saying "Granny Loves You"
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil
  • Reason for Joining: Already a high-ranking lieutenant of Darkseid before, Granny Goodness currently looking forward to spread further corruption and discord now that she's seen how much potential the Pantheon possesses.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: High. Granny Goodness and Darkseid are pretty much in line with how dystopia should be spread and are advocates in corrupting and breaking one's spirit and mind into obedience.
  • Threat Level: High. Not so much in combat and strength as in the fact that Granny Goodness is very good in intimidation and discord. She is very capable of mentally beating up people into serving Darkseid, a skil that she takes great enjoyment in.

    Desaad
Desaad, God of Torture Technicians (Doctor Dezard, Grand Director, God of Sadism, Blaine, "Mary Marvel")
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/desaad_1.png
  • Lesser God
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Reason for Joining: He's usually in Darkseid's side, even before the formation of the Harbingers. He's more than happy to take a part as a means to torture and mock people either to break them to Darkseid's will or for personal enjoyment.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Low. Desaad actually has dreams and aspirations of overthrowing Darkseid and taking over Apokolips. Unfortunately, his power not only pales in comparison to the Lord of Tyranny, but also towards a majority of the members of the Harbingers, so he's forced to be as loyal as he could be.
  • Threat Level: Regarding battles, not much, considering Desaad isn't a great fighter and would keep to himself. High if you're imprisoned as he's a master in mentally torturing and breaking people apart into becoming slaves.
  • Some sources state that Desaad would often impersonate Darkseid when he wants to get a shot at fighting against heroes and general opposers of Apokolips to prove himself. If that's true, not only has Desaad failed to live up to his expectations, but he's also frustrated his master more often than he should, in addition to soiling his credibility as a villain. He's since been making amends, though Desaad hasn't given up over the fact that he wants to prove himself an effective fighter at some point.

    AM
AM, God of Delivering Conscious Eternal Punishment (Allied Mastercomputer, Adaptive Manipulator, Aggressive Menace, I Think Therefore I AM, SCP-682(?))
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/am_4.png
  • Greater God (thinks it's an Overdeity)
  • Symbol: The words HATE written in an infinite fractal, on a slab of rock
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Reason for Joining: AM sees Darkseid as an excellent practicioner of inducing torture and imprisonment and fancies Apokolips in general. It has asked for Darkseid to be the planet's major technological overseer so that it may indulge itself in more vicious and sadistic tortures and enslavement towards its inhabitants, all of which Darkseid is content in doing so, albeit in contained numbers.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Moderate. This would be High, had it not been for the fact that AM has ties to Melkor. Regardless, AM likes Darkseid for what he is and is happy working alongside him.
  • Threat Level: EXTREME. Being a crazed destroyer of civilization and taking immense enjoyment out of your work obviously makes you hated and feared. That aside, AM does hold access to nuclear weaponry ready to be set off if it means more suffering. And the torture, humiliation and suffering it enforces is a topic unto itself...

    Monokuma and his Mastermind
Junko Enoshima and Monokuma, Destroyers of Hope (Junko: The Mastermind, Super High School Level Gyaru/Ultimate Fashionista, True Super High School Level Despair/True Ultimate Despair, Super High School Level Analytical Prowess, Ryōko Otonashi, Super High School Level Forgetful Girl, Super Duper High School Airhead | Monokuma: The Headmaster, Super High School Level/Ultimate Despair Headmaster Monobear, Totes Sinister Bear-in-Command)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/enoshima.png
From top to bottom: Junko Enoshima & Monokuma
  • Intermediate Deities
  • Symbol: Monokuma himself
  • Alignment:
  • Reason For Joining: Junko loves despair and simply saw Apokolips as a means to further get herself involved with partaking in just as much misery and suffering as she could. She also sees the Anti-Life Equation as something that could bring everybody into ultimate despair under the controller's will.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: None. Junko and Monokuma come and go when it comes to the Harbingers, not to mention they're members of the GUAE Liebertarian Movement. Then again, Junko and Monokuma has no loyalty to Melkor either, which Darkseid is comfortable with as he doesn't have to wrestle the God of Evil about them.
  • Threat Level: Very High. Junko has a army unit of Monokuma Units and Ultimate Despair members to lead into fights and her seemingly charming and polite nature can lull people towards her side with ease. Not to mention Junko has often been compared to Johan Liebert when it comes to spreading despair and general depravity.

    Fabius Bile
Fabius Bilenote , God of Medical Experimentation (The Primogenitor, The Clonelord, Chem-master, The Manflayer, Pater Mutatis, Fabulous Bile, Bob (call him that at your peril))
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/fabius_bile_clonelord.png
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: A longcoat of human skin
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Reason for Joining: He's gotten bored of the Chaos Gods as they've got nothing to expect from him, so he seeks to see if he can find a way to impress the Lord of Tyranny in a way and see if he can be permitted to spending time on his research and experimentation.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: None. He's a member of the GUAE Mutation Lair, but even then, Fabius has no loyalty to Melkor either and serves only himself. Darkseid sees his lack of loyalty to Melkor as a welcoming benefit and freely allows Fabius to attend the Mines of Torment as he pleases, though he'd threaten Fabius if there's any sign of favoritism towards Melkor.
  • Threat Level: Very High. It says a lot when you're reviled and feared across an already wrecked and unstable universe. That, and Fabius is a pretty good fighter which further increases his fear factor, given his penchant for committing horrific experiments

    Ramsay Bolton/Snow
Ramsay Bolton, God of Flaying (The Bastard of the Dreadfort, The Bastard of Bolton. Formerly Ramsay Snownote )
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/5be08d497e3384e70524463aae80a622.jpg
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: The flayed man of the Dreadfort
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Reason for Joining: Ramsay simply wants to find a place where can spend as much time as he could torturing and flying his victims and Darkseid's Mines of Torment was the best he could find. He'd be serviceable under Melkor, had it not been for the fact that his father Roose is a part of the GUAE and that he Ramsay himself can't find himself working under his father again.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Low. Ramsay only cares about his own enjoyment and activities and the Mines of Torment just so happens to be a hubspot for him as of now.
  • Threat Level: Moderate. He is a brutal and efficient fighter and he is surprisingly smart when it comes to tactical and psychological thought. Unfortunately, the latter only applies to torture and if he's fighting on the short end of the stick, he's all too spineless.

    Cioccolata
Cioccolata, God of Evil People With Bad Powers
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/cioccolata_anime.png
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: His Stand, Green Day
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Reason for Joining: Torture experiments and inducing suffering for shits and giggles. That, and Cioccolata was delighted to get the opportunity to work with Desaad, given his ability to torture and mentally break people, something which Cioccolata would like to indulge on.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Low. Cioccolata is more closer to Desaad, who himself happens to dream of usurping Darkseid. However, Cioccolata does take great enjoyment in what the Lord of Tyranny has established and sees Apokolips as a haven regarding snatching slaves to use for his sick medical experiments.
  • Threat Level: Moderate-High. Being a stand user, Cioccolata's Green Day has the ability to decay enemies gruesomely and painfully and he himself is a vicious sadist to boot. That said, he's not an expert fighter, and he only does so once he has no choice. That said, one should risk approaching him.

Apokoliptian Blitz

The main fighting force of the Harbingers, Darkseid created this faction to assemble a grand fighting force consisting of numerous brutal, unrelenting and bloodthirsty warriors who will go out of their way to ravage worlds, massacre numerous and subjugate others into the Mines of Torment. It also serves as the primary military base for the Harbingers.

    Frost
Frost, God of Engineered Heroism (Emperor of Universe 6)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/frost_final_form.png
Click here to see Assault Form Frost
Click here to see First Form Frost
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: A propaganda photo of him smiling with kids he "saved".
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil with a Neutral Good facade (less so in the manga)
  • Reason for Joining: Much of the same reason as Cooler, though Frost is more open about hating Frieza and unlike Cooler, didn't want to join the GUAE mainly because he doesn't want to work with or, worse, under Frieza. Given how Cooler is on good terms with Frost, he felt that joining Darkseid would prove to allow for competition against his Universe 7 counterpart.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Low. Unlike Cooler who at least acknowledges Darkseid's prowess and knows better than to argue against him, Frost is not as adverse, plus he feels like working with Darkseid hampers his ability to generate positive reception towards people he "saves". Some Apokoliptian forces have tried to convince Frost to take notes from Glorious Godfrey to maintain the good publicity stunt. So far, progress is slow.
  • Threat Level: High. Despite being weaker than Frieza, Frost is still a powerful opponent who is capable of subjugating other strong beings and destroying planets. He is also pragmatic and will be willing to end fights as quickly as possible if need be.

    Kalibak
Kalibak the Cruel, God of Brutish Villains
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/kalibak_prime_earth_002.jpg
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: His Beta Club
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil
  • Reason for Joining: Already a part of Darkseid's army, Kalibak was enlisted into the Harbingers the moment the alliance was created. Of course, he will do anything to earn his father's approval and respect if Orion is able to attain it despite his hatred for the Lord of Tyranny.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: High. Kalibak is Darkseid's most loyal son and Kalibak's biggest dream is to simply impress his father and be a worthy successor.
  • Threat Level: Moderate. Kalibak is powerful and can pose a threat, but finds himself rather lacking compared to many of the new alliances Darkseid has made with other villains.

    The Witch-King of Angmar
"Hinder me? Thou fool. No living man may hinder me!"

The Witch-king of Angmar, God of Unexpected Prophecy Completion (The Black Captain, Lord of the Nazgûl, Lord of Minas Morgul)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/witch_king.png
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: His Ring of Power; a Morgul-blade
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil
  • Reason for Joining: As Sauron's greatest lieutenant, the Witch-King was bound to serve the Dark Lord, even if it meant Sauron was going against Melkor. The Witch-King also saw Darkseid to be more relatable towards Sauron than Melkor was.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Just as much as how much loyalty Sauron has to the Lord of Tyranny.
  • Threat Level: High. This is the leader of the Nazgul and possesses various supernatural powers that renders hardened warriors terrified and outmatched. The Witch-King also leads a series of black horses and fellbeasts as ferocious mounts to help in overwhelming his opponents.

    Vanitas
Vanitas, God of Removed Inner Enemies (The Masked Boy, Source of the Unversed, Ventus-Vanitas)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/vanitas_black_coat_khiii.png
Unmasked Vanitas
  • Greater God ( wants to become an Overdeity by forging the X-Blade and using it to access the power of The One True Kingdom Hearts)
  • Symbol: The Unversed Symbol. Alternatively, His Mask or his keyblade’s keychain gears.
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil, Neutral Evil under Xehanort
  • Reason for Joining: Vanitas became interested in the aspect of a world where positive emotions are all but eschewed in concept, and was impressed with Darkseid's malice and cruelty. Seeing such negative emotions pouring from the Lord of Tyranny was a prospect Vanitas couldn't ignore and decided to see how powerful of an army his Unversed can become under Darkseid's service.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Vanitas is interested in the negative emotions of Darkseid, and it is this interest that makes him drawn to it. This can flux between High and Low depending on how the Lord of Tyranny is feeling. Unfortunately, Darkseid's volcanic nature means Vanitas has good company. Despite this, Vanitas has ties to Master Xehanort, whose allegiance to anyone in general is uncertain.
  • Threat Level: High. Vanitas himself can create an army of Unversed depending on how many negative emotions pour out of him and others. He himself is a skilled Keyblade wielder, made only worse by his maniacal and sadistic nature.

    Eredin Bréacc Glas
Eredin Bréacc Glas, Unholy King of The Wild Hunt (King of the Wild Hunt, Sparrowhawk)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/eredin.jpg
  • Intermediate God, Greater God as a group
  • Symbols: His helmet
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Reason for Joining: Continue on with the Wild Hunt and sees the Pantheon as more than worthy in plundering and massacring as many individuals as possible. His alliance with Darkseid is mainly because the access to Boom Tubes makes the hunt all the more quicker and frightening for those who seek to prepare against him. He himself is also a pretty big supporter of Dystopia.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Moderate. Eredin is first, and foremost, more invested in his hunts and pillaging as many folks as he could. That said, the prospect of enlisting in the Apokoliptian Blitz provided Eredin and his Wild Hunt group in more opportunities to kill and is thankful for Darkseid because of it.
  • Threat Level: High, given that he has rendered the Witcher Universer in great fear thanks to his vast strength and ability to traverse in different dimensions and possessing incredible might. Very High once the Wild Hunt in it's entirety gets involved, which which they could cause untold damage and casualties.

    Mordekaiser
Mordekaiser, God of Intimidating Metal Armor (The Master Of Metal, The Iron Revenant, Morde, Huehuekaiser, Mordhuekaiser, Numero 1)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/mordekaiser_originalloading.jpg
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: A visage of his helmet note
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil
  • Reason for Joining: The opportunity to cause bloodshed and to enslave as many beings as he possibly could for quick amusement. He saw Darkseid and his goal of the Anti-Life Equation incredibly enthralling and felt that this would allow him to enslave as many beings as he possibly could to his heart's content.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: High. Although they have different methods of enslaving their enemies, its a trait that Darkseid and Mordekaiser share and enjoy doing, plus the enslaved in Apokolips can always make for a great army for Mordekaiser himself should Darkseid allow it.
  • Threat Level: High. He has necromantic powers that he can use to control and allow for bloodshed in one of the cruelest ways possible. Additionally, Mordekaiser himself is a formidable foe with immense strength and defense to back him up.

The Dark Side Club

An underground night club created by Darkseid during Final Crisis, the Dark Side Club is open to any and all villains in the Pantheon to attend. Rife with gambling, consumption, gang and drug-related activities and organized crime, several shady villains have found this to be a haven, given that numerous hidden networks have been established with top-notch technology to allow for tasks and funding for the Harbingers. Darkseid uses this faction as a means to encourage villains into partaking in numerous petty activities and to build up enough resources and budget to be spent on further developing the Harbingers, whether be it on villain PR, torture, slavery or military equipment.

    Diavolo
Diavolo, God of Reclusive Villains (The Boss, Solido Naso, Vinegar Doppio)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/diavolo_anime.png
Click here  to see Vinegar Doppio
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: The face of his Stand, King Crimson.
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil, Chaotic Neutral as Doppio
  • Reason for Joining: Diavolo was opposed by Dio Brando mainly due to his antagonism towards his son Giorno and felt that joining the GUAE would cause him to butt heads with Dio more frequently. That said, the main reason he joined Darkseid's forces is because of the Dark Side Club and decided to see if he could use this to further industrialize the drug industry in the Pantheon.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Low. Diavolo is more interested in his business and the Dark Side Club than Darkseid himself. That said, he is wary of what Darkseid is truly capable of and dreads the idea of the Omega Sanction, considering what Giorno did to him.
  • Threat Level: Very High. His stand, King Crimson is able to "skip" time, granting him a monumental advantage towards most of his foes. King Crimson itself is a very powerful stand capable of going toe-to-toe against other feared ones like Star Platinum and The World.

    Norman Osborn/The Green Goblin
Norman Osborn, God of Bomb Throwers (The Green Goblin, Gobby, Emerald Elf, Iron Patriot, Stormin' Norman, Goblin King, Red Goblin)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/772689-166_drgoblin_cov_super_4078.jpg

Click here  to see him during Dark Reign
  • Lesser God, Intermediate once gained control of the Iron Patriot suit.
  • Symbol: His glider, a Pumpkin Grenade or alternatively, his Green Goblin Suit.
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Reason for Joining: Norman is a frequent visitor of the Dark Side Club, often gambling and challenging others for his own amusement. He was lulled into Darkseid's allegiance when the latter promised Norman with Apokoliptian technology to combat against Spider-Man.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Low. Norman is only interested in his goals and couldn't give a damn about anybody, much less Darkseid. His allegiance is mainly because he wants to morally destroy and kill Spider-Man, and that ONLY he should do it himself and that Darkseid provided him with tech. That said, he does like the Dark Side Club for allowing him to indulge on his insanity and sadism while gambling and playing fate.
  • Threat Level: High. Norman's business and political influence is strong, but what really makes him a dangerous threat is his unhinged and sadistic nature, even towards other villains. This gets further worse when he dons the Iron Patriot suit.

    Napoleon
Napoleon, God of Walking Animals
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ecb7063ce51f55f2e058abbe7d23bddf.png
  • Demigod
  • Symbol: The words "All animals are equal...but some animals are more equal than others".
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil
  • Reason for Joining: Napoleon paid a visit to the Dark Side Club to challenge himself in earning more liquor. He's been seen playing all sorts of games that are strongly reminiscent of his treatment and leadership in Animal Farm. The game was altered so as to have Napoleon genuinely torture and further imprison his farm residents in some way, courtesy of Darkseid. The Lord of Tyranny provides Napoleon with plentiful supplies of alcohol for each win.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Napoleon will stick with Darkseid as long as the latter promises him with liquor, land expansion and an opportunity to give him the power to lord over the House of Beast.
  • Threat Level: On a wide-scale, Low. Napoleon is a coward when it comes to leading a battle and fending for himself. His influence and cruelty towards animals however bolsters him to Moderate-High for any beast.

    Conal Cochran
Conal Cochran, God of Sinister Consumer Products
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/stills_halloween_iii_01.jpg
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: The Silver Shamrock Novelties company logo
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil
  • Reason for Joining: To integrate the Silver Shamrock Novelties into the Dark Side Club as a means to further promote his nightmarish masks and to incite fear and terror into the Pantheon in a business perspective. He's also providing Darkseid a boost in the technological side of things thanks to being the CEO of a large company.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Moderate. Cochran is more invested in the Samhain festival in Celtic Mythology, but sees Darkseid as a suitable God of Evil to look up to and is pleased to see the Lord of Tyranny's way of inciting fear and terror to his opponents and opposers. That said, Darkseid would like to remind Cochran that he should be addressed as the God of Tyranny.
  • Threat Level: High, surprisingly enough. Cochran has made several improvements in regards to his masks and the new technology provided in the Pantheon has allowed for them to become more effective and deadly in regards to killing anyone who wears said masks and anyone in the vicinity.

    Smaug
Smaug, God of Treasure Hoarding (Smaug the Golden, the Magnificent, Chiefest and Greatest of Calamities)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/smaug_6972.jpg
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: A large mound of gold and jewels
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Reason for Joining: Before his mortal life ended, there were considerations of Smaug joining forces with Sauron in the latter's attempt to subjugate all of Middle-earth. Now that they're both active again, Sauron was able to successfully convince Smaug to side with the Harbingers under the reward of being given a country's size worthy of gold, an opportunity that Smaug couldn't resist.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Low. Smaug couldn't care less about Darkseid and is more interested in getting his reward at some point, which renders him a Wild Card in the Harbingers. However, Sauron is there for the general encouragement, and that has somewhat helped in Smaug fighting for Darkseid.
  • Threat Level: Very High. Smaug was one of the most feared beings in Middle-earth for a very good reason. He was able to single-handedly destroy a well-established and powerful kingdom without much resistance and his sheer power eclipses that of nearly every battalion Middle-earth had to offer, good or evil.
  • While he's comfortable in his newfound position, Smaug feels annoyed about his competition against Fafnir, both being powerful dragons (or former dwarf in Fafnir's case) who obsess over money and wealth. The two have gotten close to fighting several times, though the Harbingers's top enforcers are always present to dissuade any further fighting and potential destruction of the Dark Side Club, with Sauron even telling Smaug about the amount of power Darkseid possesses, especially the Omega Sanction.

    Fafnir
Fafnir, God of Gold Fever (Lord of Glittering Gold, Gigantis Dragon, Ooyama Takeshi)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/smite_fafnir_default_card.png
As "Ooyama Takeshi"
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: A pile of gold with green eyes in the background
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Reason for Joining: Well, The Dark Side Club seems to be a pretty good place for Fafnir to flaunt about the amount of wealth he has accumulated, in addition to wanting to prove his superiority towards the Dwarves in the Pantheon.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: Low. Like Smaug, Fafnir is more interested in money and lording over as much as he could than whatever Darkseid is planning. He only joined the Harbingers because the Dark Side Club simply felt promising for him.
  • Threat Level: Pretty high, considering his vast resources regarding wealth can provide in the investment of several weapons and propaganda tools that Darkseid would surely implement into his forces. Offensively, Fafnir is a powerful dwarf, and an even more powerful dragon who can lay waste to large spaces of land if he felt like it.
  • His presence in the Dark Side Club has often resulted in him butting heads against Smaug every once in a while. It's gotten to the point where the top enforcers are sent in to quell them from potentially causing ruin to the Dark Side Club.

    Kollector
Kollector, God of Multitasking with Many Arms (Grabby Geary, Too Many Hands, Bagman, Inspector Kollector [by Johnny Cage])
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/kollector.png
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: His Backpack.
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Reason for Joining: Shao Kahn is part of the Harbingers. Kollector is among his most loyal followers, so it made sense for him to follow suite. That said, the idea of the Dark Side Club was too glamouring for him to not consider and he wanted to see what he would be able to benefit out of all this.
  • Loyalty to Darkseid: It honestly depends on how Shao Kahn sees Kollector, but so fat, relationships between the two tyrants have been pretty solid, so Kollector is pretty content for now.
  • Threat Level: Moderate. He is a savage and brutal fighter and is more than willing to show why he's feared. That said, his viciousness isn't on the same par as Mileena and he's more focused on how budget he could build up for himself]].
