Pantheon / GUAN Nature Council

Go To

This page is outdated due to faction reworks (see the House Uprisings page for replacements) and will be removed soon.

The Natural Council is located under Psychro Cave, chosen for its significance as it's where Zeus was raised by Gaea in secret and away from the prying eyes of his father Cronus. Symbolically this is meant to cut Zeus's influence out of the equation, as recent events have led Gaea to be displeased.

Gaea And Her Closest Allies

Gaea, Protogenoi of The Earth (Gaia, Terra, The Earth Mother, The World, Mother Nature, Sol III)

  • Overdeity
  • Symbol: The astrological symbol for the Earth
  • Alignment: Neutral; whether she's good, evil or ambivalent varies on the circumstance
  • As the primordial goddess of the literal Earth, the entire alliance is situated on her body. While she rarely uses the full extent of her power, it's more than enough to easily assert authority if anyone in the Nature Council get too snippy.
  • Because so many of the gods come from Earth, Gaea is simultaneously someone few of said gods want to anger in the first place, and someone few of said gods don't dread the idea of angering. As such she's rather diplomatic compared to the other alliance leaders, and usually acts in a defensive manner.

Captain Planet, God of Nature (Our Hero)

  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: The Earth
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Head of: The Planeteers
  • Reason for joining: Chain of command, and the desire to protect nature.
  • Dedication to Nature: Absolute.
  • Loyalty to Gaea: As her champion, Captain Planet is utterly loyal to Gaea.
  • Threat level: Medium-high. Captain Planet is usually an Invincible Hero, but has a serious Achilles' Heel in pollution.

Zygarde, Collective Deity of Adaptation Expansion (The Order Pokémon, Squishy, Z1, Z2)

  • Quasideities (Zygarde Cell), Demideities (Zygard Core), Lesser Deity (10% Zygarde), Intermediate Deity (50% Zygarde), Greater Deity (Complete Zygarde)
  • Symbol: A green hexagon
  • Alignment: Lawful Neutral
  • Reason for joining: To maintain the balance of the natural order and eliminate forces that'd disrupt it.
  • Dedication to Nature: Very high-it's his job to protect nature. However he only intervenes when necessary
  • Loyalty to Gaea: High; Zygarde is Gaea's Pokemon partner, after all.
  • Threat level: Depends on the form. The Cells are no threat and the Core doesn't have much power. 10% Zygarde is average, 50% Zygarde medium-high and Complete Zygarde is definitely high.

The Nature Council

Battra, Avatar of Nature's Wrath (Black Mothra, Battle Mothra, Bad Mothra, Battora)

  • Greater God
  • Symbol: A sihoulette of himself
  • Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
  • Head of: Gaia's Avengers
  • Reason for joining: To fulfill its goal as protector of the Earth and nature.
  • Dedication to Nature: Extreme. Battra exists to protect nature, and will attack mankind for disrespecting and defiling it.
  • Loyalty to Gaea: Absolute. Battra exists to protect her and her natural order.
  • Threat level: High; Battra's one tough Kaiju, as Mothra and Godzilla can attest to.

The Life Entity, God of Life Energy (The Entity, The White Lantern, Life, The Trespasser)

  • Overdeity
  • Symbol: The White Lantern
  • Alignment: True Neutral
  • Head of: The White Light
  • Reason for joining: To stop Nekron and the GUAD, and to ensure the survival of life
  • Dedication to Nature: High. The Life Entity is a progenitor of life, and will scheme and plan to protect it. That doesn't mean it's all that empathetic.
  • Loyalty to Gaea: Moderate. They hold most of the same ideals at heart, however the Life Entity feels it should be in control and sometimes squabbles over it. But they're more light-hearted barbs than anything, and the Life Entity is respectful of Gaea for sheltering it.
  • Threat level: Extreme with a host; the White Lantern holds all the power of the seven different lantern corps and can even revive people(though it doesn't like doing so). Medium without a host; even in a lantern it's a skilled chessmaster and manipulator.

Rexxar, Divine Representative of Beastmasters (Champion of the Horde, Last son of the Mok'Nathal, The Hunter, Facehunter, SMOrc and variants of "X" Hunter, Deathstalker Rexxar)

  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: His wolf Mask and the two axes he carries
  • Alignment: True Neutral, leaning towards Chaotic Good
  • Head of: The Beast Lords
  • Reason for joining: To take care of and protect the various animals in and out of the alliance
  • Dedication to Nature: Medium-high. He's here to look after the fauna, but isn't too dedicated to Gaea's larger ideals.
  • Loyalty to Gaea: Medium. He's more a protector of animal life than a hardcore nature activist
  • Threat level: Medium-high.

The Lorax, God of Green Aesops

  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: A Truffula Tree.
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Head of: The Natural Activists
  • Reason for joining: To make sure that industrialists and businessmen don't ruin nature
  • Dedication to Nature: Extreme, given his position as a Nature Spirit
  • Loyalty to Gaea: High. He does protest her more amoral moments, and those of his team leaders, but otherwise remains dedicated to her ideals.
  • Threat level: Medium. An important voice for the trees, though ultimately on the weaker side for the Nature Council
