  • Your first encounter with the Mogekos has you getting creeped on by one of them, and then it calls over a whole swarm of the little guys, all of whom want you badly. Your instructions are to run, and don't stop running.
  • While common sense would very much dictate staying the hell out of the castle where the majority of the game takes place, it being the home of the very critters you ran away from, refusing to enter the castle will get you trapped by a literal swarm of the Mogekos that were pursuing you and gangraped to deathnote . Eeeesh...
  • The fact that there are a lot of Mogeko who really, really want Yonaka, a high-school girl, and it's implied that she wasn't their first victim…
  • Any of the bad endings are nightmarish, especially one that involves rape, another involving forced incubation (revealing that the Mogeko are parasitoids), and even being subjected to Moge-ko's tortures, which is implied to involve rape, but one bad end has her eaten alive by a mob of mad Mogekos, and you are treated to a screen of her face, reacting to getting eaten, screaming for a long while as she gets chewed on, until she could not scream any more…
    • In some of the bad endings, you can't see what's going on, but you can hear it.
    • The bad ending "Parasite", however, could be an example of Nightmare Retardant, because of how it ends with a Yonakafluff.
  • What makes this probably worse than anything is how the happy ending is anything but, and the interview in the bonus room reveals that she will have it way worse in the sequel. Poor Yonaka…
  • Moge-ko. Wonder what the inter-dimensional child of Porky Minch and Buffalo Bill would be like? No? Too bad. She's got the massive ego and spoiled personality of the former, and the unending sadism of the latter.
  • If you decide to go for the normal ending, then have fun watching sweet little Yonaka gradually become a serial killer. The squishy noises and screams of her victims as the screen fades to black are unsettling, to say the least. Then she gains creepy red eyes as she approaches said ending. Then, in said ending, she curb-stomps Moge-ko and King mogeko, scalping the latter's head off. By that point, she's so vile that she's able to crown herself the new king of the castle, and nobody tries to stop her. And she does all this with not a change in her calm demeanor. And the sequel's trailer implies this is the canon ending.
