- Bass has no redeeming qualities at all, and carves a message into Auto's back to goad Mega Man into fighting him.
- The manga managed to make a racing game adaptation scary, as Wily rigged Roll's car with a bomb.
- The Stardroids kill 90% of the robot cast on-panel.
- Megamix's Proto Man is almost as nasty as his Ruby-Spears self, threatening to shoot Kalinka Cossack and tricking Copy-Mega Man into killing himself.
- One story begins with Mega Man foiling Dr. Wily's plan...and shooting him in the forehead. It's revealed to be a fake, but it's very graphic and entirely on-panel.
- There is an in-universe example that doubles as a moment of awesome when Pluto and Ring Man fight. When Pluto pins his prey down, Skull Man returns as a ghost to scare the living daylights out of SRN-008!
