Hypnotize these tropes out of me:
- Bilingual Bonus: The song “Prutataa” featuring Afrojack translates to “protected” in Dutch.
- Break-Up Song: "Islands", with KSHMR.Ooh, I can't believe I wasted all that time on you
Ooh, and I wanna see islands and a world all without you
Now I'm seeing islands and a world all without you
Now I'm seeing islands and a world all without you - But Not Too Foreign: In “Radio Silence”, our lonely singer mentions “kilometers turned into miles.”
- Cloud Cuckoo Lander: The song “Lullaby” is about a person who's afraid of the dark. This is uncharacteristicly wholesome than what we're used to hearing from Fadil's music.
- Cover Version: He has done covers of Radiohead's "Creep" and Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit".
- Gratuitous Japanese: "Sakura" features a spoken intro in Japanese.
- Letters 2 Numbers: The name R3hab is a pun on the word, “rehab”, replacing the letter "e" with the number 3.
- Meaningful Name: “R3hab” is a pun on “rehab”. He has stated this is how the music makes you feel.
- Nightmare Fetishist: “Flames” has a creepy undertone and centers around a guy who enjoys scary scenarios. Just listen to the lyrics.
- Only Known by Their Nickname: Nobody has once referred to him once by his real name, Fadil.
- Workout Fanservice: The music video for "Karate" features a scene of various women in a gym wearing sports bras and short shorts.
- "You Used to Be Better" Speech: “All Into Nothing” is about someone attempting to rekindle a relationship that used to be cheerful.
