The Magic Tree (Magiczne Drzewo) is a series of books by Polish writer Andrzej Maleszka.

In each book, the protagonists have to find an item made from the Magic Tree. Each of them works in other way.

There is currently 11 books in series:

• The Red Chair (Czerwone krzesło)
• Mystery of the Bridge (Tajemnica mostu)
• The Giant (Olbrzym)
• The Duel (Pojedynek)
• The Game (Gra)
• The Dragon Shade (Cień smoka)
• The World of Giants (Świat ogromnych)
• The Invasion (Inwazja)
• The Scepter (Berło)
• The Time of Robots (Czas robotów)
• The Feather of the T-Rex (Pióro T-Rexa)

The books are well-known and liked in Poland. The first is a novelization of the movie directed by Andrzej Maleszka.

Series provides the examples of:

• Ascended Extra: Budyń's first appearance was a cameo in Tajemnica Mostu. Right now he's one of the protagonists.
• Demoted to Extra: Kuki's family. Some of them actually suffer from Chuck Cunningham Syndrome.
• Evil Twin: Ikuk is this to Kuki.
• Talking Animal: Budyń, because of the Red Chair's magic.
