Gunfighter's Ride is a short novel written by Carl Syphrett.

The hero, Jimmy Hedgecock, longs to leave his hometown and travel the world. He gets his chance when he inherits a gelding and joins the Pony Express. his travels plunge him into random adventures as he tries to deliver the mail and the things that get in his way.
