A side-story for Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?, with emphasis on the people working in the The Benevolent Mistress pub.

- Bifauxnen: While undercover at Orario's largest casino, Lyu Lyon dresses up as a young male Elf noble with Syr as her escort and easily passes through without arousing suspicion. Bell and his companions only recognized her because the former is a regular at the Hostess of Fertility along with their prior adventure together in the Dungeon and the latter were once beaten by her.
- Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass: Cloe Rollo may act like a lazy, carefree maid, but but this series reveals that she, along with Faust, are actually the infamous Black Cat and Black Fist, a level 4 assassin and bounty hunter, respectively.
- Lucky Rabbit's Foot: Bell Cranel may not be an actual rabbit, or even a Hume Bunny, but people have called him a lucky rabbit on at least one occasion, such as when he was at a casino and had such a spectacular winning streak all onlookers were shocked. Syr even sought for his presence in a high-stakes gambling game to improve their odds of winning.
- Obfuscating Stupidity: In her "Grand Casino" mission, Syr Flover acts like a naive wife and is able to play, basically bankrupt, and completely destroy the richest men at her poker table... and they were working together!
- Ship Tease: Lyu flat out acknowledges that Syr has feelings for Bell and feels that it would be rude to ask him to train with her because of it.
- Sneeze Cut: Chloe and Lunor get this after Lyu rats out the impostor Black Fist and Black Cat at the Casino.
- Spanner in the Works: Bell's essentially only at the Casino because Mord dragged him into it, but by the end of the story his presence is instrumental to everything working in Ryu and Syr's favor.
- Unsettling Gender-Reveal: At the end of Familia Chronicle: Episode Ryu, Anna gives a Love Confession to the man who saved her life. She is understandably shocked when said "man" takes off his eyepatch and reveals that "he" is actually Ryu.
- Wholesome Crossdresser: In order to infiltrate the Casino in Episode Ryu, Ryu goes undercover as "Mr. Maximilian", complete with a tight-fitting suit.
- Work Off the Debt: Because Chloe Rollo and Lunoire destroyed a lot of Mia's property fighting Lyu and Anya, they were forced to work for her to pay for it.
