Hosted by Twitch TV, the Twitch Presents Pokemon stream will run the first 932 episodes of the Pokémon: The Series animated series. it began on August 27th 1PM ET, airing episodes from Monday to Thursdays, with movies on Sundays and will last into 2019. Seasons 1 though 9, as well as movies 1-3 and 8-14 aired up to 28th October 2018, temporarily going into an enforced hiatus until 22/11/2018. post hiatus, they're rerunning season 1/2 episodes in initial debut chunks, upto episode 60 of Season 2 then looping back. with Chronicles, Origins and Generations intersped later on. movies however are aired daily and still only gets as far as Pokémon: The Movie Black/White. episodes starting from 10AM PT (unless specified) and Movies start approximately at 12PM, 8PM, and 4AM PT.

After a long hiatus, it returns from 27th February 2019.

  • Bladder of Steel: Post-hiatus, the 22/11 stream will air episodes 1 through 44 of of the first season, alongside Pokémon: The First Movie, which is astonishing considering episodes were aired in 12~ episode chunks daily. assuming regular episodes lasts about 15-20 minutes each with 5 minute breaks, it'll total over 18 hours, and this isn't even considering Pokémon: The First Movie.
    • From the 28th Febuary 2018, the Sinnoh seasons are being aired in 51-episode chunks with about 5 minutes of downtime between each one, inflating it to around 17 hours (based around 20-minute episodes alone)
  • Ensemble Dark Horse: Gligarman, and to an extent Duplica, where people will note her absence during episode breaks. This tends to be a common thing involving female characters.
  • Fan Nickname: Yami/Yugi Birch because of his voice. Also The Phantom as Tuxedo Sonic or Sonic Mask, for the same reasons, Harry Potter for Clark.
  • Gotta Catch 'Em All: premise of the series, however Twitch implemented an extension where Pokemon will pop up during the screen, enabling the viewer to catch them.
  • Intermission: during their Friday-Saturday downtimes, they aired Thunderbolt Fantasy on 28/9, ALF on 29/9 (US-only). it also hosted part of their TV Classics' stream of [[Series/Andromeda]] from 5-6/10. whilst it's under hiatus, they'll be airing Bob Ross': The Joy of Painting from 29/10/2018 to 21/11/2018, with College Humor's Dropout block during 09/11-11/11.
  • Missing Episode: Movies 4 through 7 were not aired, as well as earlier episodes that features the Pokemon Jynx. Also, episodes were to air but were cancelled for distancing from then-current events. Strangely, they note "Ash and Passimian! Friendly Touchdown!!" as being one of the omissions, despite the stream not going up to Pokemon Sun And Moon. as a result, it can be pretty jarring to see Ash's companions, pokemon roster and voice changing.
    • This also counts all Pikachu movies that aired alongside their movies.
    • Averted for Pokemon Chronicles, Generations and Origins. which'll debut with all 18 episodes of the former, as well as the latter 4 from 27/11/2018.
  • Running Gag: Plenty.
    • Whenever Team Rocket reuses technology, disguises and schemes from previous episodes, the audience will scream afoul of it.
    • Whenever Victreebel is called out. the Chat will spam AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.
    • Whenever an episode break occurs, clips from the current season plays, people will mass quote it, with emotes interspersed through it to avoid chat filters.
      • CATERPIE. THAT GIRL. I KNOW I KNOW. IM STUPID. DUPLICA. DONUT. NOT YOU PSYDUCK. PITY BADGE. (Season 1)
      • HOLD IT. HOW PREDICTABLE. THIS IS BORING. NOT MY SHOULDER. VERY SCARY-O. THIS IS BORING AGAIN. UNINTELLIGENT. ??????. WANNA SHARE MY BLANKET (Season 2)
      • IT'S HERACROSS. THIS LOOKS BAD. WINDS OF NEW BEGINNINGS. GLIGARMAN. LOOK, TOGEPI. RETURN EVERYBODY. IT'S SUPER EXPENSIVE. (Season 3)
      • THEM'S THE RULES. NYAA NYAA NYAA. LUDICOLO. PHANTOM. GULP GULP. ITS WING MUST BE INJURED. THEM'S THE RULES. NYAA NYAA NYAA. (Season 7)
      • FOOLISH CHILD. DODGE IT. WORLDS COLLIDE. LOST CLEFFA. UNHAPPY PSYDUCK. TIME FOR PLAN B. DODGE IT AGAIN. (Season 8)
      • SHHHHHHHHHHHHH. BROCK. AIPOM CULT. KING AIPOM. SHHHHHHHHHHHHH AGAIN. ELECTRICITY?. AUDIO?????. (Season 9)
    • Again, Team Rocket. whenever they appear, people will say the motto, regardless of changes depending on the episode.
    • Whenever anything particularly Tearjerking occurs, everyone will respond with Biblethump emotes, such as Ash taking both Mew's and Mewtwo's blasts, turning to stone as a result in Pokémon: The First Movie.
    • NEVER SEEN AGAIN, frequently used for Characters of the Day.
      • subverted with ACTUALLY SEEN AGAIN with characters like Duplica, though it was just for one episode.
    • MILLIONS DEAD/MILLIONS SAVED, whenever some collateral damage occurs (or been prevented) that realistically should have killed people.
  • We Are Experiencing Technical Difficulties: During the 07/10 movie stream, Pokémon: Giratina and the Sky Warrior started off around close to the end *twice*, and again sometime before that, there was also strange audio issues affecting pokemon. it wound up being rescheduled to 12/10.
    • During the 08/10 stream, the Season 7 bumpers had audio from one of the previous seasons.
    • During 15/10, the initial stream of The Scuffle of Legends broke mid-stream, missing a few minutes of footage.
    • During the 22/10 stream, part of the season 9 bumpers had audio from season 8.
