Video Games:

  • Persona 2 Innocent Sin: Yukino and Anna. If you choose to leave Yukino behind at the entrance to Caracol, you encounter Shadow Yukino and Anna instead of the Longinus mechs, at which point Shadow Yukino kisses Anna. After the battle, Shadow Yukino convinces Anna to jump off the bridge at Caracol with her so that they can be Together in Death, effectively inducing a mental shutdown in the real Yukino. If you bring Yukino, she gives up her Persona ability to Jun after you defeat him, and goes off into the city to fight Nazis with Anna, who promises to take care of her now that she doesn't have a Persona.
  • Persona 4: Arena:
    • Akihiko and Kanji's pre-fight exchange.
    • Yu's justification for not wanting to get Yosuke a new "nurse magazine" after Yosuke's mom burned the old ones. Yu would feel bad if he was popping into Yosuke's head instead every time Yosuke "uses it."
    • Adachi has a lot of this with Yu in Ultimax's scenarios.
    • Female examples:
      • More than a fair amount between Yukari and Mitsuru. When Mitsuru is captured, although she's concerned with her comrades in general, she specifically mentions Yukari and gives special emphasis when wishing for her safety. In the P3 epilogue of Ultimax, the 2 of them go on a date of sorts. Mitsuru aggressively rebukes the advances of 2 skeezy guys who try to flirt with Yukari, and it's revealed that Mitsuru watches Phoenix Ranger Featherman R, just because Yukari is the star. Ultimax in general focuses hugely on their close relationship.
      • Though it's merely implied, according to Mitsuru following her battle with Naoto in Naoto's Story Mode, her illusion self said "things" about her body. Naoto promptly blushes and wonders just what the hell her illusion self said.
      • Chie thinks that Labrys is really cute, strongly desires to become her friend and protect her, and is generally really emotional about her and cries when she leaves. Maybe Chie just likes robot girls? Or it could just be that she's The McCoy of the group.
      • In Aigis' story mode, General Teddie shows interest in Naoto's measurements. Put two and two together and either Shadow Labrys was just being in character, or Labrys is a Covert Pervert.
      • Speaking of Aigis, Elizabeth seems incredibly interested in her...
      • One of Shadow Labrys' win quotes is calling her opponent 'cute...and weak'. She can say this to female fighters.
  • Persona 4: Arena Ultimax:
    • Minazuki and Sho. The two are very dependent on one another, Minazuki is very protective of Sho, and ends up sacrificing himself to save Sho. Seeing as how Minazuki is the only person Sho's ever had cared about him since childhood and vice versa, this is unsurprising.
    • As it was in Persona 3 and almost anything following, Mitsuru still seems to have...something for Yukari. Near the end of the P4 story when Rise gets everyone connected with each other as they wander the fog-covered Inaba, Mitsuru seems the most elated/relieved about Yukari's safety than anyone else's.
    • Kikuno is really loyal to Mitsuru. And she was the one who bought Mitsuru her huge fur coat.
    • Yukari's reaction upon realizing that Rise is both a Persona user & Idol Singer Risette is to immediately gush over how pretty Rise is.
  • Persona 4: Dancing All Night: Sweet Jesus, where to begin? This game arguably does not have as many moments of homoeroticism as Persona 4/Golden, but the moments it does have are cranked up to new heights. The first part of the game alone has Teddie announcing he's coming to marry Yu, and Yu is actually interested to see how that goes.
    • Even the intro has this—during the song's refrain, Chie and Yukiko bump butts, rear-ends first.
    • When meeting Kanimin Kitchen, it could be easily construed that Nozomi is hitting on Naoto or that Naoto is crushing.
    • Dojima and the Dance Coach, with the coach blatantly hitting on him.
    • The Coach has a moment with Inoue, too, calling him by his first name and remarking on his "fidelity". Inoue gets an uncomfortable smile on his face.
    • A few of the lines between Dojima and Inoue come across as very flirty.
    • It is possible to create a dance partner-up of any two same-sex characters, i.e. Kanji in a speedo and Yu in swim trunks, or the girls in swimsuits. One Rise quote when paired with Naoto has her calling Naoto sexy.
    • If Yu is dancing well with Yosuke as his partner or vice versa, Tamamin will wonder if the two of them are a couple.
Tamamin: Waaaait a sec... are you two a couple?
Kanamin: Ohhh my, the girls will come running for this.
    • During the first chapter of the second years' side of the case, Teddie accuses Naoto of being lonely without Yu around. When she denies it, Kanji is quick to make sure Teddie knows that's not the case for him either.
    • Rise constantly calls Yukiko beautiful when they dance together.
  • Persona 5 Strikers:
    • On August 7, after clearing the second Jail, there's an optional hangout event with Futaba where she wants to take a photo of Yusuke at a samurai-themed photo standee in front of the temple. However, halfway through the shoot, she asks Joker to be in the standee of the princess, and Joker gets to comment that the princess and the samurai are husband and wife. Yusuke doesn't even act shocked or disturbed by the implication at all.
    • On August 8, Makoto becomes exhausted from driving 12 hours to Sapporo, so everyone quickly tries to get ways to let her relax. The only offer Makoto accepts is Ann's, who offers to give her a massage.
      • Later that day at the bathhouse, Futaba starts complimenting the other girls' boobs, while the guys awkwardly listen in silence. Afterward, Joker can then say "Lookin' good, Ryuji."
    • When you cook the Miso Ramen recipe for the first time, Ryuji is blown away by the taste so much so that he asks Joker to make it for him every morning, at which point Futaba straight-up asks if Ryuji is proposing to Joker. The dialogue ends there, without Ryuji reacting to her comment, leaving room for ambiguity.

Anime:

Theatre

  • Persona 3: The Weird Masquerade: The Ultramarine Labyrinth unintentionally makes it look like Ken has a crush on Shinjiro. At the Summer Festival, while Ken is admiring the booths, Shinjiro walks across the stage just to casually hold his hand so he won't get lost, and Ken can only look at his hand happily and say, "Aragaki-san, your hand is warm." When they watch fireworks, Ken even reaches over and grabs Shinjiro's jacket shyly.
    • During his cast introduction, Jin's actor, Yuichi Matsumoto, introduced himself with this: "My name is Yuichi Matsumoto, and I play Jin, who will be by Takaya's side forever."

Drama Cds

  • Kikuno's character is introduced in the New Moon and Full Moon stories, and - well, the ending features her talking to Chidori in the latter's hospital room after she was sent there herself, and Kikuno says this (for reference, she met Mitsuru in that room):
Kikuno: Ah, please forgive me. I will make sure to call after going outside next time. Let’s get along as roommates.
Chidori: It was a single room until now... Why does it have to be me?!
Kikuno: You know, a long time ago I was admitted inside this room too. How about I tell you about the Jinx that exists here?
Chidori: Jinx?
Kikuno: If you stay here, someday, the one destined for you will come to see you.
Chidori: Uhh.
Kikuno: Do you have such a person?
Chidori: It’s none of your business!
Kikuno: Tehehe. Oh, right. I’ve got some spare time now so I should head over to thank her.
