• Any Yoshi you knit together will become playable.
• The Special Level Yoshi patterns are based on home Nintendo consoles in reverse release order.
• Despite how tricky the "Wonderful World of Wool" level is, it can be seen as this, as it's a neat summary of the game in a nutshell. After all the worlds are sampled and Yoshi goes to the moon and back, he lands right back where he started, in the first level only this time, he's walking with his adorable little dog thing, Poochy. Not a bad end to the game at all.
• Do you think a yarn Yoshi is so adorable, you just have to have one? They actually released them, with the special editions containing, for the Wii U, a green Yoshi, and for the 3DS version, Poochy.
