- At the end of the Season 2 premiere, after many hijinks (screwing the nanny, fighting with Gina, etc.), Christian celebrates his 40th birthday with his baby boy. He makes a wish: to be a good father. It's the first time in the series he's done something unselfish.
- Liz talking the patient through masturbation after clitoris reconstruction surgery.
- Troy and Mrs. Grubman's private interactions. First when she tries to blackmail him into sleeping with her, and talks about her husband. Then in Season 2, after Mrs. Grubman has a stroke on the table and she's paralyzed, Troy helps her put on makeup and they talk about their kids.
- When Wilbur comes back to Christian and calls him "Daddy" for the first time.
