The Too Many Rembrandts Job

  • Hardison, Parker, and Eliot reach out to Sophie and try to support her on the anniversary of Nate's death, eventually hitting on the idea of going out to steal something.
  • After Hardison tells Harry that he still has work to do, Sophie remarks, "He's his father's son."

The Panamanian Monkey Job

  • Hardison buys up and renovates an old theater to act as the crew's new base as a goodbye present for the team.

The Rollin' on the River Job

  • Eliot promising to help his ex-coworker Dennis study for the police exam.

The Card Game Job

  • Breanna's speech to Springer to convince him to keep his company and avoid granting the mark a way out of his bankruptcy. She voices thoughts that, no doubt, a lot of people have reflected upon being a fan of something like Magic: The Gathering. About how, despite the business side of the card game feeling overwhelming and soulless, it has still brought fans together to create far more personal, life-changing connections that help them feel like they're not alone in the world. And this is ultimately enough to not only convince Springer to not sell the company, feeling a renewed spark, but gives her the one-of-a-kind card that has been in the eye of nearly every fan of the game for over twenty years.
    • It also is the first time Breanna reveals her sexuality, essentially coming out to the audience.

The Mastermind Job

  • The team once again tries to support Sophie, this time on the anniversary of her and Nate's first meeting.
  • From the way Milton describes him, Nate was actually a very nice man before Sam's death, remembering the forensic accountants' birthdays and giving them inspiring pep talks.
  • Milton eventually realizes why Nate never mentions Sophie: she was his literal partner in crime, so he would never give away incriminating details about her, because he loved her. Because that's what she wanted.
  • Parker is described as a "legendary" thief. While she hates it, it shows just how highly Nate (or Milton, if he wrote that bit) thought of her and her skills.

The Bucket Job

  • The "mark" of the episode is...a kindly small-town librarian who is brought to the team's attention because he's at stage 4 cancer and a young man he helped ages ago wants to give him an adventure like the kind in his favorite books as a Christmas present. Sure, it goes six different shades of wrong like the team's jobs do, but it's still an earnest attempt at giving an old man a merry Christmas.
  • Mr. Blanche defending a homeless man from a rude library patron.
  • The guy who first brought Blanche to the team's attention? Turns out he was sent to them by Hardison as a Christmas present to Parker.
  • Sophie giving Harry a pair of ski goggles and a plane ticket so he can go see his daughter for the holidays.

The Unwellness Job

  • Breanna spends most of the episode trying to get Melanie to recognize Brownyn isn't a good friend. She eventually succeeds and at the end of the episode, Melanie starts working with the team's client to research actual medical and pharmaceutical procedures.

The Jackal Job

  • Breanna is nothing but gentle and kind with Stella, drawing on her own experience of living with a grandparent with Alzheimer's.
  • All of the flashbacks of Stella and Jo falling in love over the years.
Stella: I never had the luxury of standing still, but for the first time in my life, I didn't want to run. I just wanted to stay with Jo.
  • The ending is just pure happy-tears-fuel: Stella reuniting with her wife and daughter after decades apart.

The Great Train Job

  • The ending, with the team sitting down for dinner with their fully healed clients and Breanna's new girlfriend. As the conversations start picking up, it all feels like a big, happy, good old-fashioned family dinner.

The Hurricane Job

  • Maria tries to convince Eliot that she sees what a good man he is, that she knows he deserves to be happy even if he thinks he doesn't.

The Harry Wilson Job

  • Hardison's reunion with Parker and Eliot. Parker makes it clear she doesn't resent Hardison for leaving, and Eliot tries to dismiss the idea he missed him at first, but eventually pulls Hardison into a brohug without any discomfort on his part.
  • Eliot is upset over how his relationship with Maria ended and talks to Parker and Hardison about how hard it is to find someone that he can share his life with while doing what he does. Parker reassures him that, no matter what, she and Hardison will always be there for him.
    • Then both Hardison and Parker state that it'll be beyond that, thanks to "robot bodies" (i.e. putting their brains in mechanical bodies after death). When Eliot states he doesn't want a robot body, Parker replies that it's too late cause they already measured Eliot's head in his sleep. His response?
  • Harry has, without a doubt, earned his happy ending: He's rediscovered his purpose and is planning to use his legal prowess to genuinely help people and do some good in the world. His daughter also asks to move back in with him once her stepfather's crimes are revealed, giving him the chance to restore their relationship.

The Tournament Job

  • At the beginning of the episode, Eliot is fairly dismissive about eSports as a whole. He changes his tune when he sees the lengths the Samurai Midnight team are willing to go to win, and even ends up enjoying the Illumatrons game by the end of the episode.
  • The denouement to the episode can be considered this. All of Samurai Midnight stops playing the game, and their opponents do the same, to protest Kyle Fury's actions. When the game just keeps playing by itself, people are quick to boo Kyle for cheating. On top of that, one of the heist flashbacks reveals that Eliot has been detoxing the team for days, and that they're playing better because they feel better.
