The trailer for this movie gives us one. Tree's Heroic Sacrifice moment in the first film? She's ready to do it again if she needs to.
Ryan, Dre and Samar decide to help Tree despite barely knowing who she is simply because it's the right thing to do. As incredible as her story sounds, they still put everything into fixing Sisi and stalling the staff so she can return to the correct timeline.
Before she leaves, Tree sincerely thanks them for their help and says that even though they've only known her for a few hours, she has known them for weeks. Her words about not living in the past and taking a leap a faith clearly leave an impact on Ryan. In the stinger, we see her and Carter performing community service with their original timeline counterparts and she goes with them to the DARPA lab.
When Tree is being pursued by the killer in the hospital, she naturally believes it's Lori underneath the mask, due to the events of the first film. Only Lori soon appears behind Tree in the elevator and immediately pulls her to safety, proving herself to be innocent and good in this timeline.
Tree clearly doesn't hold a grudge against her timeline's Lori nor the "good" Lori. On the last loop, Tree gives her the same advice Carter gives her about being a better person, gives her a hug, saves her life, and apologizes for her own bad behavior; even though that Lori doesn't understand.

Upon seeing him on a date with another guy, Tree smiles at Tim and gives him a thumbs up. His response is to smile back shyly.
Tree's parents have zero context for what's going on or why Tree is acting so odd. But when their daughter, obviously extremely scared, tells them she has to get as far away from campus as possible, and she can't explain right now, they both immediately say, "Okay," drop everything, and take her out of town. Once in a hotel, Tree's mom asks if she's pregnant, and seems ready to support her if that's the case.
