  • Face it, seeing Eva rolling around in her own toy Metal Attacker trying to imitate her father is adorable. Nevermind the way she is literally hanging on to the bottom of the text box. So cute.
  • In the Golden Ending route, how everyone comes together to protect Jason and Eve's birth of their children. They know it will explicitly make them enemies of the Sophia Force, but they don't even hesitate, and they fight harder than they ever have otherwise in order to stop Kane from getting through. Leibniz in particular stands apart, in how deeply moved she is that, in spite of her failure to protect anyone or anything and in spite of how absolutely vile she had been to them before, Jason and Eve still are entrusting their own children to her, once again giving her the will to fight for something to the bitter end. And on Jason's own part, not only defending his family now as a husband and father, but that he has Fred extract the others whenever they can't fight anymore to remove them from harm's way.
    • What's more, for the first time, Leibniz does, in fact, succeed. Sure, she lost the fight with Kane, just like her fights with Kanna and Jason, but she didn't need to win to make a difference - her efforts and the efforts of the other MA pilots to hold Kane off give Jason and Eve just the time they need to secure their children and create a future for them. It's no wonder Jason and Eve let her function as a surrogate mother for their children, trusting her ability to protect and raise them where they can't. After all her pain and suffering, Leibniz finally has something worth living for again, and can move on to the next chapter in her life.
  • In a less dramatic example, Tesset now refers to Stein as "Dad", showing that he adopted the support droid as his own daughter.
  • After the final fight, Kane learns about Jason and Eve's true motive, and tells her he's proud of her; she responds by calling him "Dad". Kane then proceeds to give Jason and Eve his blessings, ending with the following line, which can be interpreted as Kane Passing the Torch to Jason.
"Godspeed, Blaster Master!"
  • After all the troubles they've been through throughout all the trilogy, in the Golden Ending, Jason and Eve are finally together, after both of them having implied Love Confessions in the golden endings of the previous games, plus one direct confession by her in this one. They end up Happily Married and have their own children, Roddy and Elfie, which give Jason the family he always wanted, and Eve something to remember ANDREIA's pilot and support droid who let her save him in II. Their hug at the end says it all. If the bad ending is any indication, the rings on the Blaster Rifle subscreen that indicate the unlocking of the good ending heavily imply (if not outright confirm) that Jason actually was going to propose to Eve whether she confessed her feelings to him or not, so it's very likely he did and she accepted, considering she's wearing her ring when she heals him in the final fight. To make this even better, unlike in the Downer Ending, Fred is with them; this is because if not for him (who himself got Spared by the Adaptation), Jason and Eve would have never met each other nor fought the mutants together, nor saved each other's lives, nor concieve Roddy and Elfie. So, even if they aren't physically with Roddy and Elfie (who got sent to Earth due to them not being able to live in super-dimensional space, though they'll be taken care of by Leibniz), Jason and Eve still have kind of a family with their Team Pet Fred by their side. Despite their condition, Jason and Eve swear they'll do their best to stop the Lightning Beings so they can reunite with Roddy and Elfie in the future.
  • The cover for the game's original soundtrack seems out of place and doesn't seem to involve any characters in the game... Until you find out that Leibniz is a girl with distinct white hair, Jason and Eve produced children in the form of Roddy and Elfie, and Leibniz swore to take care of them until their parents could return to normal space safely. And suddenly it all clicks into place - it's a scene in the distant future, showing Roddy, Elfie and Leibniz with the new Sophia J-7 (with the first two even resembling their designs from Blasting Away), living happily and Elfie even making a flower necklace for her godmother. Oh, and the same picture even shows Leibniz' support animal perched on top of her head, meaning she wasn't completely alone all this time. And to cap it off, it's a green field, not the desolate hellscape Earth became in Blasting Away, so this timeline's future is much brighter.
  • This image celebrating the fifth anniversary of the Blaster Master Zero series featuring a sleeping Leibniz, Roddy, and Elfie surrounded by photos of the rest of the cast. Heartwarming enough on its own, but eagle eyed viewers may notice that two of the photos have been ripped apart and put back together again. Those two being a photo of Leibniz and Lucia, and a photo of Leibniz and Jason. Interestingly, the halves featuring Lucia and Jason are intact while the halves featuring Leibniz are the ones that were torn apart and taped back together, suggesting that Leibniz once held some deep resentment towards herself. Regardless, it's heartwarming to see that, after all this time, Leibniz finally both let go of her resentment towards Jason and came to terms with what happened to Lucia.
    • There's also other adorable moments in the photos themselves, nevermind Leibniz coming into her own as a surrogate mother for Roddy and Elfie. In particular there's the otherwise usually serious Kane Gardner looking utterly delighted as he holds his grandkids in his arms.
