- When the art gallery board unanimously decides to fire Mr. Bean, the chairman defends him, stating how he employed "the splendid young man" when he was just a board member and would resign if anything were to happen to Bean. His judgement might be a bit lax in that regard and would lead to disaster in the States, but it's still nice to know someone is in Bean's corner, as foolish as it may be.
- Despite the other Langleys' apprehension of Mr. Bean, young Kevin instantly befriends him after Bean shows him his M&M trick. It's even his mentioning of a poster that gives Bean the idea to switch the painting and save David's job.
- Mr. Bean's foolishness is rarely consciously malicious. He realizes his actions have negatively impacted David's job and home life, so instead of letting it happen and let David face the fire, Bean does a Mission Impossible style mission to switch the defaced painting with a poster replica so David won't face any repercussions.
- Mr. Bean's impromptu speech on Whistler's Mother. He's pulling it out his ass, but his speech goes into The Power of Family by citing David and his family as important. It ends with the crowd giving him a standing ovation.
- Doubles as Moment of Awesome, Mr. Bean saving Detective Brutus' life after retrieving the bullet without any surgical tools. Bare in mind, he has no medical experience and had serious run-ins with Brutus throughout the movie, yet still went through with it.
- When Jennifer is comatose in hospital, Mr. Bean - while dressed in doctor's scrubs - does everything he can to wake her up, eventually succeeding albeit accidentally.
- Mr. Bean giving presents to the Langleys at the end and a heartfelt goodbye with David at the airport shows Mr. Bean is capable of caring for others, even though he has trouble showing it most times.
