• I am just dying to know what chriteria the mages used to pick their superhero, and how they ended up chosing Amber of all people. Or for that matter, since they apparently have godlike power, why not intervene...more directly?
  • We don't know for sure. But some of the mustache-sporting mage's dialogue with Marisol about why some members of the Order don't want to interfere with Gail imply that they believe in some sort of "destiny" and let it guide them.
