Later on in the film, Boyd kills Michael after he murders Lois, but it’s never addressed as to how he did it. It’s confusing because I don’t recall seeing Boyd with a gun during his altercation with Lois, and yet he apparently makes it seem as if Michael shot himself in the head. So, I’m just curious.
