• What's the fridge logic behind Shannon's idea of a date & Gil's idea of a date being pretty much the same? (shopping where she wants, Cheese Haus & opera).
  • It could be a hint that while Gil outwardly expresses a sophisticated, charming exterior; he, like Shannon with Rene, has the single mindedness, prior to the end of the date, to have sex with Brandi in a very uncomfortable place, like the back of a Volkswagen.
