• Where does Tesla’s budget to create the Acceledrome (and his other tech) come from? While he said that he was the head of the “Schrim Corporation” back in World Race, it seems like a MAJOR expense for a company to make a secret base in a hollowed-out mountain (especially if they did the hollowing). Especially since the Cube from World Race was in such disrepair.
• Relating to the above, where do the Teku and Metal Maniacs get the money to upgrade and replace their cars? Seriously, in the very first race, Vert, Kurt, and Monkey lost their cars. While Taro is implied to be rich (given the various comments in World Race), we don’t get any implications that anyone else (save for maybe Kurt as a professional racer) is the same.
