Chorley and the Tardis
Really, the Doctor actually believes that a 20th century Journalist could operate a machine from another planet? Or even see it and think nothing other than "WTF is a police box doing in the underground?"
- At that point, was the concern that Chorley might be in league with the Intelligence? If so, the Doctor might have thought the Intelligence knew how to operate the TARDIS.
