• What was David (Haley's father) doing in the basement during the middle of a flood?? He should've heard the flood and heard the emergency broadcasts coming.
  • It was last minute repairs trying to protect the house from being damaged too much by flooding, which was acknowledged as being stupid by Haley and David admitting he was just too attached to the house, but he was attacked a whole day before the weather got bad enough to for him to leave inmediatly.
