  • Why does black/Prime Henry not remember being caged for 27 years without aging? We see him hiding his hands after being "rescued" since they aren't frostbitten. He knew what he'd been through, but now he's completely forgotten it.
    • That doesn't necessarily suggest he completely forgot it; he might've genuinely never remembered. It's possible that, when Alan picked him up, he hid his hands because he realized it was wrong. Alternatively, he simply repressed it because being held in a cage for twenty seven years was just that awful (and crazy).

  • Why didn't Molly sense that black/Prime Henry was technically nonexistent while he was in white/Alt Henry's universe? She should have noticed the sudden psychic silence.

  • Why do both Mollies have psychic connection to black/Prime Henry but neither to white/Alt Henry?
    • One interpretation: she does and did. She said to prime Henry that she could sense alt Henry was in horrific pain and severe distress (when he was on the roof after being released from Shawshank and talking about how he never wanted to hurt anyone). Just that alt/white Henry's thoughts was so screwed up from being in a cage that it wasn't much use.
    • Or...proof that white Henry was lying about the alternate universe. He isn't Henry Deaver so Molly never had that connection to him.
    • This troper got the sense that Molly's connection to Henry was not because of their proximity, but perhaps because of an unexplained psychic connection or because their brains or spirits were on the same frequency. Nothing in the show implies their connection is because they grew up across the street. Supposedly, Alt Prime Henry exists in the Alt World somewhere, just not adopted by the Deavers, since they were able to conceive. They're not the same person from two different worlds but rather just two people raised in the same household by the same parents and only connected because Prime Henry crossed over and went looking for home.
    • With the revealations of Season 2 we now know exactly the answers to these questions: Namely they're Plot Holes in The Kid's story, which is complete bs.

  • Is the "voice of God" that Lacey hears the same as the sound of the schism that Henry and his father can hear?

  • If it is, why would it tell Lacey to capture the Kid?

  • Why does the Kid only ever eat white bread?
