• At the beginning, all the newcoming characters to the organization get unceremoniously dumped at the Gateway, and unconscious to boot. The starting post thus has Pascal banging on a frying pan and shouting loudly to welcome them and any other characters who subseqently appear, to Twilight's concern.
• Duke names his communicator Xansuki, after his two most important people in his life (in XDRS, at least). He then proceeds to give Stan a phone call, despite standing literally less than ten feet away.
  Duke: Oh, Stan. My knight in shining armour. Finally I can contact you after so many years without your voice. Once you finish terrorizing strangers, drop by to rescue your fair damsel.
