(As she admits, she had had a rough day prior to recording the episode so her thoughts weren't processing correctly.)
Please Give
- When Romi mentions having seen a commercial for Bel-Air, Nick jokes that they must have changed the theme song into a piano ballad. Then he watches the trailer, and...
- Andrew calls the scene with the boy trashing his sister's room and hitting her with a baseball bat "unedited footage of John Lennon beating his wife."
Blizzard

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse
- At one point, Riley notices Andrew is seemingly listening to Jimmy Buffett on Spotify (if one were to link their Spotify account to their Discord account, then other Discorders would be able to see what song one was listening to if they were doing so). Andrew, confused, takes one look - and realizes it's his parents who were listening to Buffett and it was somehow connected to his account.
Perfume
- Roughly 20 minutes into the episode, a similar incident to the one described under Jupiter Ascending plays out. Romi remembers mentioning a Muppet album called Kermit Unpigged during the Rock of Ages episode about Bat Out of Hell, and how the former album featured Jimmy Buffett. Andrew sarcastically cries out "Jimmy Buffett! My God! He ruined my life! Because of him, none of my theater friends respect me!"note Shortly after that, he mutes himself... because his mother had heard him and forced him to take it back.
