Funny / Tremors 3: Back to Perfection

• When Burt first encounters El Blanco right outside his compound after the government agents banned him from killing graboids he has a hilarious one-sided conversation with the white graboid:
  Burt: Well, call me Ishmael. Now if you'd just kindly lean your endangered carcass over my property line. *readies rifle* Just call your untimely demise self-defense.
• Jack calls Burt to let him know that he's worked out a deal with the government agents; if Burt helps them capture a live graboid, the residents won't get kicked out of the valley. Burt's driving into town as he finishes the call, telling Jack he has just one question. He stops his truck in front of Jack, gets out, and says, "Is your head up your ass for the warmth?!"
• When the main characters first encounter the government agents, they immediately jump to conclusions:
  Miguel: My cousin, he already went back to Mexico.
  Jack: I already filed for my business license.
  Burt: The right to keep and bear arms shall not...
  • Burt's reaction when the agents threaten to Eminent Domain the town, which he warned people about back in the first movie.
  Burt: And people call me paranoid.
  Jack: I don't think you're paranoid.
  Miguel: I do, but not no more.
• Burt, under the assumption that eating makes Ass-blasters reproduce like Shriekers, blow up his compound to keep one from getting into the food supply. Just as the explosion dies down, he finds out that eating makes Ass-blasters comatose. His reaction is what sells it.
  Burt: What sort of supreme being could condone such irony?
• After Burt gets eaten (along with the barrel he was trapped in) and Jack tricks the Graboid into hitting the underground wall of his Compound, Jack proceeds to cut the Graboid open with a chainsaw much to Jodie's protest. (She didn't know Burt was in there.) Out comes Burt covered in slime, nonchalantly taking his sunglasses and putting them on saying the following line.
  Burt: I prefer....we keep this....to ourselves.
  (beat)
  Jodie: Oh, you guys definitely need to be supervised...
  • Even Better? Burt is shaking. Not from fear but from complete disgust over the fact he was eaten and what he saw.
  • Gets a Call-Back later on when the group is running from the Ass-Blasters. While looking for a place to hide, metal barrels found in a junkyard are suggested. Burt responds "No" with the undertone of "I am not doing that again".
• The final scene in the film when Burt drives off and strands Melvin on a boulder with El Blanco on the prowl, leaving Melvin screaming obscenities over the ending credits.
  Melvin: Burt! Burt, you asshole! You goddamn sonofabitch! God, I hate you! I hate your guns! You sorry, sick, paranoid, right-wing redneck psycho! Shit-kicker! Goddamn you, Burt! AND I HATE THAT HAT!
