• After Bobby Roode debuted on NXT along with his glorious new entrance theme, Johnny and Ciampa elected to have his music go viral with the #GloriousBomb meme. Roode himself was (mostly) not amused.
  • Which later, as revealed by Gargano in a This is Awesome Wrestling Show podcast interview, got the Approval of God from Triple H himself!
• 8/3/16: A backstage segment between The Revival and TM-61 is interrupted by Johnny and Ciampa insisting they were next in line to challenge for the NXT tag titles. The segment ends with TM-61's Shane Thorne stealing Gargano's imaginary ticket AND imaginary bell like a schoolyard bully.
• There's just something inherently funny about Tommaso Ciampa coming out to no music as the entire crowd showers him with ridiculous level of heat including loud boos and "Fuck you Ciampa!" chants (think the kind of heat Roman has, except you're actually meant to boo the guy in question).
  • To say nothing of the match itself, where the crowd chanted "MAMMA MIA!" after Gargano threw Ciampa into the commentary team. Later on, they would chant "YOU DESERVE IT!" after Gargano powerbombed Ciampa onto the bare concrete floor.
  • In the weeks leading up to their match, Ciampa would attack his former best friend with some crutches. This time, he didn't have any with him, so what does he do to remedy that? Steal them from a fan of course.
• After returning to confront The Undisputed Era, he was pulled aside for an interview by Cathy Kelley, which an ignored Angel Garza didn't appreciate and started cutting a promo in Spanish on Ciampa. Ciampa cut Garza off... with his fist. When Cathy asked Ciampa what Garza had said to him, Ciampa bluntly shrugged and replied, "No idea."
• During the NXT invasion of Smackdown on Nov. 1, 2019 (made to fill in some mechanical difficulties at Saudi Arabia that kept many of the stars from performing), Triple H is issuing a challenge for Survivor Series while all the NXT stars are in the ring...and Ciampa is still staring at Goldie like he's a hyena hungry for bones.
• After he and Johnny Gargano team up with R-Truth in 2024, it's honestly a sight to be hold to see Ciampa rolling with Truth's antics, like Truth mistaking #DIY for D-Generation X and suggesting that the bets way to get even with The Judgment Day is either dumpling slime on them or force-feeding them bread.
