• During one of their "mix-up times" (during which no one in the group is aware what anyone else is doing), Alan brings home a hot sandwich from a deli. Ragen emerges to find a mysterious brown paper bag on a counter. While he is wondering where it came from, the bag shifts slightly and makes a strange noise as the sandwich's heat causes its aluminum foil to crinkle. Remembering how he has heard of a mob boss leaving a defanged cobra in a bag to intimidate an enemy, Ragen whips out his pistol and shoots the bag... then shoots it a few more times when it explodes in a shower of red. Upon realizing that the red stuff is just marinara sauce, Ragen retreats and Alan returns to find his sandwich in tatters, leading him to angrily inform the sandwich shop that they've just lost a customer.
