• The peaceful conclusion to the Fat Neils/McCoys questline. The peace negotiations devolve into a he-said-she-said argument, complete with the childish "they started it..." Eventually, it ends with the conclusion that the two groups' mutual hatred for one another is their only motivation for living anymore. Quest giver and Reasonable Authority Figure Wyatt Ingalls is not amused to find out what happened.

• The revelation on where Chris Kane got his combat talents: He performed war reenactments.
• Whenever someone's medicine skill is maxed out, they'll often say they're a Master Surgeon when someone needs healing from them. This includes Alice. Which can be incredibly funny to see.
• "I will never forgive you for killing Jesus."
  • "You robbed Jesus."
• Because of the Soundtrack Dissonance in this game, you'll end up hearing incredibly upbeat hip-hop music play as you gun down infected and deal with drug lords who have tortured people with no regret.
• Some of the names for the characters in this game are a bit... silly. Case in point: there's someone named "Louie Beebee."
• Alluding to the point above, there's even someone named "Dick Short." Childish? Definitely. Funny? Absolutely.
• The Reveal where the zombie apocalypse was the result of a sex related product gone rogue.
• The Sienna Gunshop is named 'Violence Prevention Products'.
• Dick Short's hammy Badass Boast.

  Dick Short: People used to keep telling me that and guess what - I'm still here, and they are all dead or infected! Why? Because I'm a badass, I'm mad as hell and I'm in your face and I'm dangerous and nobody messes with me, that's why! Yeah!

• When a character gets a book they like, they will read a passage from it out loud before discarding the item. This gets amusing when the sex addict in your community starts reading from the erotic novel you just gifted them in front of EVERYONE ELSE IN THE FORT.
• The ragdoll physics in this game are a bit... weird. This results in characters getting scrunched up in all sorts of awkward postures after they die.
