  • "Royal Scam"
    • The episode in general gives Kingpin a humorous portrayal as a Villainous Glutton. For instance, he threatens a subordinate who gives him a bag of fast food that he'll harm him if a single french fry is missing, causing the underling to insist that he doesn't "eat that crap". Later, Fisk prepares himself a cup of coffee and tops it with an assload of whipped cream.
    • Spidey gets a very good line during one of his fights with the Kingpin.
Spider-Man: Are you going to send your henchmen to fight me, or did you already eat them?
  • "Flash Memory":
    • Spider-Man getting drugged out of his mind on tranquilizer. A special mention goes to his fight with the extremely weakened Biker Twins, which devolves into all of them collapsing on the floor and awkwardly trying to hit each other.
    • Whenever he tries to shoot his webs, he just winds up doing he memetic How Do I Shot Web? phase while his webbing just hits the ground pathetically.
  • "The Party":
    • MJ and Harry discuss the titular party:
MJ: Sigma party tonight, you there?
      Peter: There's a party?
Harry: (ignoring Peter) Yeah I'm in. You?
MJ: Oh yeah, I'm definitely party deprived!
      Peter: There's a party?
MJ: Uh… hello? What's the diff, Pete? Everytime anyone anywhere asks you to do anything, you're like unavailable!
      Peter: Not always!
Harry: Uh-huh? Okay, "Hey Pete, there's a party tonight at the sigma's, wanna come?"
Peter: (sigh) I gotta study. (Beat) How about if I come late?
      Harry: He's not coming.
      Peter: I'm serious!
      MJ: He's so not coming.
      Harry: Yeah, unless later means…
Harry and MJ: (in unison) …Never!
Peter: Hello? I said I'm coming! What am I? Invisible?
    • Harry later reveals him and MJ have a bet going on whether or not Peter would show up in the party. MJ says Peter would come, while Harry says he won't.
    • This much needed moment of levity in the end of such a dark episode, bear in mind this conversation is taking place near Doug Reisman's grave!
MJ: …If you could've seen the hate in that… that creature's eyes!
Peter: (sadly) I-I must've just missed it.
Harry: Doug sure pissed off a lot of folks but he didn't deserve to get fried. (Double Take) "Just missed it?"
      MJ: You were there?
Peter: Uh-huh! I got there late, like I said I would. I couldn't find you guys.
MJ: (to Harry) He showed! You owe me 25 bucks!
Harry: After all hell broke loose! That doesn't count!
    • Before that, Peter is trying to think whether or not he should go to the party.
Peter: (walking around) This isn't studying! It should be no big! Why not just go to a party like everyone else? Just cause I'm not like everyone else? (camera pans to reveal Peter is actually walking upside down on the ceiling) I bet the X-Men get to go to parties! (Jumps back to the floor) Would the world like come to an end if Spider-Man took one lousy night off? (Cue people screaming outside) Okay, you made your point.
    • Spider-Man, as usual, provides a lot of funny one-liners during battles.
(Spider-Man webs Electro's hands, who responds by burning them off)
Spider-Man: Cute trick! Where were you when we had an energy crisis?
