• When two hunks start flirting with Daphne on Bondi Beach, Fred notices and becomes so enraged that his face turns red, then he exhales before calming down.
• The scene in Scooby and Shaggy's chase sequence with the Wildwind vampires where they try to get rid of Dark Skull by feeding him spaghetti topped with garlic salt, only for Dark Skull to comically sit there with a big belly and pick his teeth with his talons.
• The Hex Girls at one point ask everyone to keep the noise down, while the three of them are crammed in a tent that barely looks big enough for one of them.
• Several of the bloopers that can be viewed while interacting with stuff in the Monster Factory Challenge on the Special Features menu.
  • The Yowie-Yahoo poses menacingly, but then looks down to see that he's wearing boxer shorts. Embarrassed, he covers himself while Daphne and Velma laugh at him.
  • Daniel's grandfather Malcolm attempts to groove to Matt Marvelous's music, but topples over and hurts himself. The director snarks "Bust a move, not a foot!"
  • The Dark Skull vampire picks up and tries on Velma's glasses when she loses them, causing the director to state "Don't you wear contacts?"
