    Season 1 
Episode 6 - Heartbreaker
  • A rather odd call comes with the caller whispering, but when our heroes get there, the couple there claims there hasn't been any trouble. The firefighters check out back and they find out the truth: turns out the woman was sleeping with her ex but her current boyfriend came out early, so the ex jumped out the window and broke his leg, hence the whispering so the boyfriend wouldn't find out he was here.
Episode 7 - Full Moon (Creepy AF)
  • When Bobby and Buck respond to a pregnant yoga class where a member has slipped a disc, in minutes three more women go into labor. Disaster Dominoes undersells everything about the scene...
Episode 8 - Karma's A Bitch
  • The infamous Porch Pirate.
  • It's mentioned that the team handled off-screen a guy who robbed a convenience store and was hit by a dump truck a few feet from the store as he fled.
  • Bobby refuses to donate blood. When Hen asks him why, he says he's very afraid of needles he once fainted when someone tries to take his blood.
Episode 9 - Trapped
  • Athena's kinky handcuff incident. Her contacting Hen because she doesn't want Abby to know, Hen's extremely satisfied laugh when she knows what really happens, Hen taking selfie before actually helping her, and Athena asking only to bring her utility belt closer because she intends to continue the session.
    Athena: (annoyed at Hen's continuous laughter) Are you done?

    Season 2 
Episode 1 - Under Pressure
  • The Youtubers and the viral prank that goes wrong. What makes it is that the rescue is finished, the Youtubers start filming again, only for Bobby to throw their phone into the nearby pool.
Episode 5 - Awful People
  • The return of the Porch Pirate, who has now moved on to insurance fraud. After being recognized by Chimney— "I never forget a femur!"— she tries to deflect Athena's accusations by implying she received improper care last season. She then assures the crew that she won't sue them, but the city: deeper pockets there.
Episode 6 - Dosed
  • When Buck, Chimney, and Eddie helps Maddie with her new sofa and security system, this mix-up happens.
    Maddie: (points at the kitchen's direction) He's so cute.
    Buck: (smiles) Yeah, he gets that a lot. Uh, you should meet his kid, though.note 
    Maddie: Wait, Chimney has a kid?
    Buck: (confused) No, I-I thought you meant... (Maddie leaves) Chimney?
  • The team sans Chimney eating brownies dosed with hallucinogens. Their reactions are hilarious.
    • Buck and Eddie thinking the blurred visions they're having is due to a pollen allergy.
    Eddie: (groans) Allergy's going crazy today!
    Buck: You too, huh? The index was elevated this morning, is it a new kind?
    Eddie: New kind of what?
    Buck: Pollen.
    Chimney: (disbelief) A new kind of pollen?
    Eddie: Are you feeling this, Chim?
    Chimney: No, I do not.
    Eddie: I'm seeing the pollen.
    Buck: I can hear it.
    Buck: Hey, Athena. They're like the tiniest girls I've ever seen. (high-pitch noise) Teeny tiny!
    Athena: (exasperated) Excuse me?
    Eddie: (whisper) So tiny...
    • Hen responding to Athena...
    Hen: (blissful smile) Thena! Oh Thena, you smell like love...
    Eddie: (startled by a bunch of balloons behind him)
    • Chimney then tests their mental status.
    Chimney: Do you guys know where we are?
    Eddie: (emerging from balloons) We're everywhere, man.
Episode 7 - Haunted
  • They find an injured guy in the haunted house who hit his head, Chim and Hen go over to check on him and this exchange happens.
    Chim: Sir, do you know what year it is?
    Injured guy: Uh, 2018.
    Chim: Can you tell me who the president is?
    Injured guy: chuckles Come on, do I have to?
    Chim: visibly amused He'll be fine
Episode 8 - Buck, Actually
  • Basically everything about the robbery attempt.
    A completely deadpan gas station owner: "Hello 911. We're about to be robbed. Again."
Episode 16 - Bobby Begins Again
  • One of the first emergencies Bobby took on when he first arrived in LA was a guy getting attacked by a rooster.
    • The crew makes bets on how long Bobby will last... only for Bobby to cheekily reveal he was there the entire time and then placing a bet that he'll outlast all their guesses.
Episode 18 - This Life We Choose
  • A beauty blogger is taken to the hospital due to a botfly larvae embedded in her cheek. On top of her audience gushing over Buck and Eddie, one of the comments while they prepare to take her to the hospital is a deadpan "hope you have insurance".

    Season 3 
Episode 1 - Kids Today
  • In "Kids Today" the crew are called to a nursing home, where an elderly man has barricaded himself in his room from his concerned children.
    • They first determine he has a flesh-eating STD.
    • His daughter then scolds him, as his going-away gift to her for college was mace and condoms, so she could "always protect herself". Her brother, meanwhile, is annoyed, because he only got the mace.
    • The son then solved the issue of the man's partners by announcing in the lobby that his father has a flesh-eating STD, so whoever he's slept with should follow them. Several women stand up, followed by a man. Though he just wanted to know if you should go if you slept with the other women. Eventually, it turns out that the whole facility needs to be tested for the flesh-eating STD.
Episode 3 - The Searchers
  • In the aftermath of the tsunami, Athena is on the lookout for looters and spots a suspicious-looking pair carrying a box out of a house to their van. When she confronts the pair, they open the box and reveal it to be full of kittens. Opening the back of the van reveals more pets that the two men have recovered, proving the pair to be misguided good Samaritans.
  • Eddie can't resist throwing snarky comments left and right before giving Buck a pep talk. Not even his own son is safe.
    Eddie: (whispers) Between us, he's never built anything that kinda looks like anything. He just likes sticking things together. It's right there, buddy.
    ——
    Eddie: There's 20 bucks for pizza, and if I were you, I'd eat a couple extra slices. You look like you're wasting away to nothing.
    ——
    Eddie: I will say, honestly, you being laid up is working out for me. I mean, you're no abuela, and you're half a Carla, but you'll do in a pinch.
    Buck: You want me to watch Christopher?
    Eddie: Easy, he's not very fast.irony 
Episode 4 - Triggers
  • A woman has a severe allergic reaction to her drinks which swells her hand up in a terrible rash. The team are ready to cut off a ring on her finger only for her sister to protest as she already agreed to sell the ring off. The woman is irate as it had belonged to their mother and they argue. Hen cuts in on how "sisters are supposed to be there to support each other and share comfort!" The two just give her "are you kidding?" looks before noting "only child."
Episode 6 - Monsters
  • Due to the bizarre side effects of a head injury, a woman honestly goes around driving without realizing there's a guy's body stuck through the windshield of her car, moaning and moving around.
    • And nobody else realizes the guy is genuinely in distress either, because it's Halloween and most witnesses take it for granted that the "body" is a tacky prop.
  • Chimney and the crow.
Episode 7 - Athena Begins
  • While a mostly serious episode, Athena's mother saying that Athena's first fiance was like the son she never had. Cut to both Michael and Bobby's faces.
Episode 8 - Malfunction
  • A father takes his kids to an ice skating show, the kids bored out of their minds. Then a pile-up causes one skater to lose four fingers, another to have his partner's skate buried in his chest, blood flying..and the little girl cries out "cool!"
  • Bobby reveals that he had once been a figure skating champion in his youth. The gang can only stare with open-jawed shock before vowing to Google for photos later.
    • They then call up his old skating partner, have her send photos and use them to create a huge cardboard cutout display of young Bobby in ice costume (with David Bowie-inspired hair) for the station to enjoy.
Episode 10 - Christmas Spirit
  • During a sale at a toy store, a woman goes crazy with pepper spray, even spraying Santa. When they get there, a couple of kids ask if Santa will be okay, and Buck tells them that Santa isn't real. Cue crying children and Buck trying to backtrack.
  • A man is able to survive being sucked into a jet turbine because a bag of golf clubs got jammed in first. When said owner sees what happens to his precious clubs, he faints.
  • A woman turns blue due to having too much benzocaine to deal with a toothache. When the team arrives, the woman starts complaining that this day really sucks now on top of having to work on Christmas... unaware she's surrounded by first responders dealing with the exact same thing.
    • Her response to Bobby's request to allow Buck and Eddie to search her apartment to see if they can figure out why she's blue: Oh, that's fine! You very handsome men, please look through my messy apartment.
Episode 12 - Fools
  • Eddie meets Christopher's chemistry teacher, who tells Eddie that he doesn't seem to laugh at her jokes.
    Chem. Teacher: I try t tell chemistry jokes, but there's no reaction. (beat) Get it? No reaction?
  • Eddie meets Christopher's teacher, Ms. Ana Flores, and they seem to hit it off, only for Eddie to bite her head off massively when Chris gets hurt, a tale of woe that Buck delightedly relays to a patient stuck in a window, adding in that she might fail Chris for good measure.
    • The only problem that Ana has with Chris as a student? He keeps telling the other kids that tsunamis aren't a big deal. Eddie has no idea what to say to this.
  • Buck and Eddie's discussion about how to cheer Christopher up after the skateboarding incident starts with this.
    Buck: Pretty sure all kids call their parents liars at some point.
    Eddie: I don't know. Feels a little different when you hear it coming out of your kid.
    Buck: Wait until he gets to the "I don't have to do what you tell me!" phase.
    Eddie: Aren't you still in that phase?
  • Christopher still has the opportunity to roast, pun intended, Eddie's (lack of) cooking skill when the latter tries to give him pep talk about not everyone can do everything. Yup, he's Eddie's son all right.
  • Remember those Youtubers from the second season premiere? They're back, and putting the friend who got his head stuck in microwave into more dangerous stunts. Just like before, the stunt goes wrong and the friend needs medical attention again, only this time the Youtubers are arrested for destruction of public property. What makes this scene is the victim letting out a dry "I need better friends" as he watches them get arrested.

    Season 4 
Episode 1 - The New Abnormal
  • One emergency has Athena tracking down a robber who used a ride share app. Much to her amusement, the guy used it "again" after his crime, making it easier for the cops to catch him.
Episode 3 - Future Tense
  • May bought Athena and Bobby a new vacuum robot, but it doesn't work properly as it tries to bulldoze through a stand lamp, knocking it until it falls. After Bobby brings it outside, the vacuum keeps saying "I Am Stuck" despite moving properly without obstacle within its vicinity. Bobby decides to end its misery.
    Bobby: (To Athena) Give me your gun.
  • Eddie's coffee maker gag.
    • When Eddie and Buck bring a gurney for a scalding victim while talking about how technological advances and information security, Eddie mentions "Buy" and "Coffee maker"note  in front of Hildy, a smart-home app the victim uses for his house. It automatically gives Eddie a list of coffee makers available for purchase complete with calling his name and using his photo taken when entering the house for the first time. Eddie's scared face is priceless.
    Buck: (whispers) Welcome to the future.
    • This conversation when Eddie decides to make Christopher and Buck take a break from internet.
    Eddie: (cuts off internet connection when Buck and Christopher are playing a game)
    Christopher: (sighs) Dad, I was beating him.
    Eddie: Well, we're taking a little break from the Internet right now.
    Christopher: But how am I supposed to talk to my friends?
    Eddie: You're talking to people on this thing?
    Buck: Kay, hey, um, you know I was kidding the other day, right? About the spying?
    Eddie: (ranting) Were you? 'Cause ever since that call, every time I go online, there's an ad for coffee makers. Read the news, coffee maker. Check the weather, coffee maker.
    Buck: Yeah, it's, uh, it's called "targeted advertising."
    Eddie: I didn't even want a new coffee maker! The one I have is fine! I only mentioned it in front of you... (beat) Hildy.
    Christopher: (excited) Hildy? Are we getting a Hildy?
    Eddie: No, we are definitely not!
    Christopher: Buck, can we go to your house and play video games?
    Buck: (Looks at Eddie, who makes a "Don't you dare" gesture) Uh, sorry, kid. I think we're gonna be playing it old school for a while. (Eddie leaves)
    Christopher: What's old school?
    Buck: Have you ever heard of Scrabble?
    • Eddie then later receives a package which contains a coffee maker and a note that says "A gift from Hildy." He's initially terrified... until he hears Christopher calling Buck to report their prank goes successfully.
    Eddie: (Snatches phone from Christopher) Thanks, Buck. Real funny. (ends call)
    Buck: (laughs triumphantly) Yeah, you're welcome.
Episode 4 - 9-1-1, What's Your Grievance?Episode 6 - Jinx
  • Bobby has made a wonderful looking lunch for the 118, however due to the "jinx", every time the team sits down to enjoy the meal, the alarm goes off. Every time the meal is reheated it gets more burnt, until finally it's pretty much charcoal and no one gets any of it.
  • After a live power pole lands on the 118's firetruck with the team inside, they have to wait for anther crew, the 133, to rescue them. Before rescuing the 118, the crew of the 133 stop to take pictures of the 118's misfortune while laughing.
  • Back at the call center, Josh is texting with Buck and Chim in the break room. When they ask him for bay leaves and a bell, he immediately realizes they're trying to break a curse.
  • Apparently, the last time the "q-word" was uttered in the 118 was when Buck mentioned the dishwasher, and then they had 36 calls, which Buck corrects to 37. The last call? Someone set off the fire suppression system in the bunk room, trapping Buck with a ton of foam.
Episode 7 - There Goes The Neighborhood
  • Hen is complaining to Bobby and Chim about her mother, she reveals that her mother still buys her dresses for Christmas. Hen asks Bobby and Chim if they have ever seen her in a dress, the victim Hen has just patched up says he thinks she would look lovely in a dress. Hen looks at him in disbelief, while Chim tries to subtly shake his head at the victim to make him stop talking.
  • Eddie and Buck are sent to catch Sunny the turkey, who has attacked numerous people. The two of them are walking down the street, when Sunny appears behind them. Slowly the two turn around. Western showdown music starts playing in the background, slow motion kicks in, Eddie pulls out the net launcher, while Buck starts throwing out some food to lure Sunny closer. Sunny advances, while Eddie and Buck step back, with determination, Eddie pulls the trigger. Cut to Sunny in a cage in the back of an animal control van.
  • When a Humvee lands in a residential neighborhood, the sergeant who calls the LAFD speaks in military jargon about what happened. When the dispatcher replies in confusion, the sergeant repeats himself in layman's terms.
    LAPD/LAFD dispatch: 9-1-1, what is your emergency?
    Sgt. Raynard: Yes, ma'am, this is Sergeant Raynard out of Fort Irwin in Barstow. We have inadvertently mis-deployed a joint light reconnaissance vehicle in a residential area of Los Angeles.
    LAPD/LAFD dispatch: I'm sorry, say what?
    Sgt. Raynard: We dropped a Humvee out of a plane.

    Season 5 
Episode 3 - Desperate Measures
  • When Michael finds out why formal serial rapist, Jeffery Hudson, kidnapped Athena and Michael's child, Harry, after five days of freedom.
    Michael: I mean, he could really be in Mexico right now. Why is he coming after you?
    Athena: I shot his junk off.
    Michael: I'm sorry, you did what now?
    Athena: His magic wand. I shot it off.
    Michael: No, you did not!
    Athena: I did!
    Michael: (Laughing) That would do it, okay.
    Athena: It's not funny, Michael.
    Michael: (Still laughing) The hell it's not. I mean, considering what you arrested him for? I mean, it's poetic.
    Michael: He was using it as a weapon. You disarmed the man!
    Michael: Hands in the air! Drop it!

Episode 5 - Peer Pressure

  • The way Buck mentors Ravi as his partner in the whole episode, which Ravi describes as "Drill Sergeant from Hell."
  • The crew get called out to a retirement village where a fire broke out in the basement chapel, injuring an elderly man who had both gone down there for reasons unknown at the time and nearly killing the orderly who had gone down with him. When they finally get the fire contained and the victims are being wheeled out, Bobby makes a call to dispatch that the site is now a crime scene - turns out one of the elderly couples were running a meth lab out of the chapel and the chemicals were what caused the explosion, much to the horror of their companions.
  • The young man with mirror exercise call. It really shows that the new pair arrangement needs some more time to adjust.
    • When Eddie and Hen try to stabilize the young man, Eddie and Hen moves on to the same side.
    Hen: What are you doing?
    Eddie: Getting in position to lift the patient.
    Hen: On my side?
    *Eddie backs away while Bobby makes a "yikes" face behind them*
    • When Hen decide to inject the young man with morphine before bringing him to the ER, both reach the kit to run an IV line at the same time.
    • Ravi, amazed with the motorized gurney, plays with it a bit to Buck's annoyance. The gurney ends up snapping in two. They then decide to bring a stair chair as an alternative.
    • Right after Hen gives the man advice to stop working out to try to fit in, he looks at Buck and Eddie and then says "Wow, you guys are pretty jacked! What kind of workout do you do?". Hen can only roll her eye in exasperation.
    Hen: I give up.
Episode 9 - Past Is PrologueEpisode 10 - Wrapped in Red
  • The episode's first call is a two-timing husband who injures his legs in an accident after getting found out by both of his wives. The wives naturally bicker until Athena had to deescalate their fight at the hospital and talk some sense into them. After the talk, they both decide to divorce the husband.
    Wives: We want a divorce.
    Cheating Husband: But it's Christmas!
    Athena: *walks away* That's right, ladies. Fight the real enemy.
Episode 11 - Outside Looking In
  • The return of roasted Eddie
    Eddie: All this time everybody thought that I was a bad cook.
    Christopher: You were.
    (Eddie looks at Christopher incredulously while Buck tries to hold his laughter)
Episode 16 - May Day
  • May and Claudette fight because Claudette overstep her job desk again. This is Eddie and Linda watching the whole thing.
  • Eddie and Buck are in the middle of looking for the missing electrician until Eddie remembers that the electrician is the one Josh talked to him about before the fire. Josh, who has a bit of a crush on the electrician, wants to join Buck and Eddie in saving him. However, Eddie immediately shuts the idea while having the chance to be petty along the way.
    Eddie: Josh, you're a dispatch, not a firefighter. This time, you're the guest in this house!
    Josh: (grumble) He's been waiting for months to say that.

    Season 6 
Episode 1 - Let The Games Begin
  • When Buck asks Eddie and Christopher what quality he lacks for becoming a captain, Christopher blurts this out.
    Christopher: Buck, you don't even have a couch! (camera zooms to where a couch used to be placed in Buck's loft)
    (Eddie chuckles and gives Christopher a fist bump)
    Buck: (Gulps his beer) OK, what does not having a couch have anything to do with that?
    Christopher: It's just weird!
    • Later on, in the middle of Bobby explaining why he didn't consider Buck as the interim captain, Buck blurts out "Is this because I don't have a couch?". Bobby, missing the entire context, is understandably confused.
  • An emergency on a touch-a-car competition requires its two remaining competitors to be escorted to hospital for suspected acute kidney injury and bladder rupture, but they refuse because they want to win badly. The event organizer is adamant on continuing the competition, saying that "the rule is the rule." Bobby, in true malicious compliance fashion, orders Buck to bring a chainsaw to break part of the car to be taken with the competitors as part of the rule which he happily obliges while Eddie points out that there's a reporter covering the whole thing. The firefighters' faces are giddy with excitement. Pressured from possible damage to his property and bad publicity, the organizer immediately relents and declares them both as winners.
  • Buck, in his conquest to impress Bobby so that he's picked as the interim captain, uses his clipboard power and start listing things that Hen missed for the ambulance's maintenance. This exchange occurs.
    Hen: This is not a class president election, Buck. And you don't know what the hell you're talking about.
    Buck: What I am talking about is, your fluid levels are also low.
    Hen: (crosses arm) Oh, really? Which ones? 'Cause I just topped off the oil, transmission, brake, and coolant.
    Buck: (checks clipboard) Per my report, your windshield wiper is down to three-quarters full.
    Hen: (Furiously yanks the clipboard from Buck's hands and walks away)
    Buck: Uh, you can't just take that. It's the department's property.
    Hen: And a weapon in the wrong hands!
Episode 2 - Crash And Learn
  • Buck, Chim, and Eddie dumping three bowls of popcorn on a studying Hen. Three kids trapped inside adult bodies, they are.
Episode 4 - Animal Instincts
  • Buck and Eddie judging the mountain ranger for trying to hit on the woman whose brother is getting escorted because of his injury on the call.
  • Diaz family sass is going at full force this episode.
    • Eddie and Christopher roasting each other over grocery items they buy; Christopher commenting over Eddie buying a discount mayo because it's not the same as the one they usually buy, and Eddie commenting over Christopher picking an unhealthy breakfast cereal.
    • Eddie and Ramon manages to sneak some when they have a video call.
  • The scene where Eddie talks about Christopher is filled with some funny body acting.
  • The dog emergency.
    • "Hoover? Like the vacuum cleaner?"
    • Eddie commenting over Buck and Hen being drunk at 2 in the afternoon, to which Buck (drunkenly, of course) replies that it's 5 PM somewhere.
    • Bobby then take the dog and claim it as him and Athena's pet, to the latter's bewilderment.
Episode 6 - Tommorrow
  • The flashback to how Hen and Karen first met. Hen is just sitting at a bar as Karen sits across from her and launches into a speech on how she has no time for some blind date and she's pretty high maintenance. They do share some drinks before Hen reveals she has zero clue who Karen is and Karen is annoyed she got stood up. She blame sit on her neighbor...who's none other than Howie as Hen realizes this was all a setup for her.
Episode 7 - Cursed
  • The crew are being divided again (well, mostly Eddie vs everyone) about something superstitious and it's still as funny!
    • Eddie teasingly throws the bracelet at Chim's direction to stop his ranting about the bracelet and bad luck. Chim panics and then goes away immediately.
Episode 9 - Red Flag
  • Only this team could have a car race into the station and out steps a naked woman who graduated from sleepwalking to sleep driving. The poor woman's reaction waking up nude surrounded by firefighters is priceless.
