Per wiki policy, Spoilers Off applies here and all spoilers are unmarked. You Have Been Warned.

  • When tailing Rie in a Conspicuous Trenchcoat and sunglasses, Muhyo is annoyed at how they stick out like sore thumbs, and throws the sunglasses against the ground. Roji's taken aback, since the sunglasses cost 2,000 yen (roughly $17 US), which is a lot for their struggling magical law agency.
  • Roji considers breaking the agency's rule against meeting up with past clientsnote  to check up on Rie, and considers going disguised with a wig, a mustache and a suit and bowtie.
  • Just after Roi gets his pen, Nana goes to see Muhyo with a picture of a spirit, only for him to blow her off. Roji then runs after her and agrees to help... while still wearing his pink apron.
  • Nana's designated Caller ID for Yoichi is "Yoichi the perv."
  • Biko arrives unannounced from the magical circle behind Muhyo's office bookshelf and accidentally kicks Muhyo in the face, before saying that Muhyo and Roji surprised her. Muhyo, annoyed, says, "Other way around, Biko."
  • When seeing Rio again, Muhyo calls her a "wanton hag." Biko gets offended at Rio being called a "hag," saying Rio made Muhyo's book, but Rio says, "It's okay. He got the rest of it right."
  • In the LawTube episode for Episode 7, Roji goes through the contents of Biko's sack- lunch, a week's worth of clothes, a picture of Rio, and even Muhyo.
  • Page's talents are "Poetry(he thinks), speed ironing, raising pupils(he thinks)."
  • When Page addresses the crowd attending the health exams(in actuality, a test to determine if the participants qualify for the magical law retreat), he mutters under his breath about how much he hates this job. When he exasperatedly tells the participants to just do as he says, Roji remarks that he knows that he's Muhyo's teacher.
  • The schedule for the retreat, at least before it turns out that the participants will be locked in the dorms and forced to fight haunts.
    6 a.m.: Breakfast.
    7-8 a.m.: Jogging(walking)
    9 a.m.: Storytime.
    10 a.m.-noon: Baking.
    Noon-1 p.m.:Lunch
    1 p.m.-3 p.m.: Poetry(partially obscured)
    3 p.m.-5 p.m. (obscured by Lili's speech bubble)
    5 p.m.-7 p.m.: Dinner.
    • The schedule also includes Page's Verse for the Day, which can't be seen as a result of the twin's speech bubbles, and the next day's schedule includes poetry and tennis, among other things.
  • As the Hades Lord prepares his ultimate attack, a magical spear that causes a fiery explosion when thrown, Yoichi and Biko realize how useless the minion they brought as a last resort to annul the contract is.
Kiriko: Duato's spear! Magnificent! You'll be burned to a crisp, of course
Yoichi: Thanks for the commentary, but action would be nice, hmm?
Kiriko: Humans are such poor losers.
Biko: I think I grabbed the wrong minion jar...
  • Roji presents Muhyo with his plan to reclaim their office- a blueprint for what looks like a cardboard box from Metal Gear Solid. In response, Muhyo contemptuously picks his nose and dabs the snot on the blueprint.
  • In Episode 21 of the anime, which adapts Kyoko's story from much earlier in the manga, Roji tries the same method he used against Bellocent- standing still with his eyes closed and his arms outstretched to each side to sense the opponent's presence- but only proceeds to make a fool out of himself.
  • From the same episode, there's Kenji's rather terrible attempts at playing the recorder, which are almost physically painful to listen to.
  • When Muhyo summons the Strikes to fight against Tomas, Nana remarks on how they look like Muhyo- cute yet scary- much to Muhyo's annoyance. Kiriko complains about how they're "mute little shrimps," prompting three of them to say "You're the shrimp!" in unison
  • When Page reminisces about old times with Tomas, he produces a photo of them going hunting for bugs, with both men having been stung in multiple places.
  • After the climactic battle with Enchu fused with Teeki, everyone rides back on Q-La's carriage. The between-chapter illustration then points out that it's gravely over capacity.
  • When pondering the bond that links Muhyo and Roji- not just one of friendship and trust, but a magical link between them that allows them to share tempering- Page likens it to a "golden thread." The twins mock him for his choice of words, since gold is soft and a thread made out of it would break easily.
  • At the very end, as Roji gets back together with Muhyo, Busujima tells Imai the good news about her "boyfriend," Roji, only for Imai to erupt in Symbol Swearing while she chases Busujima off.
