• Satsuki's initial reaction to seeing herself wearing Junketsu in his combat form is rather amusing.
• Just about every scene Mako Mankanshoku and Kaneo Takarada are in. Both individuals are quite the comic relief to their respective allies.
• Senketsu casually reading a magazine and his subsequent comment while Ryuko and Sanageyama have sex in the same room during Chapter 8
  • A similarly funny moment happens in the following chapter as Nonon chauffeurs Ryuko and Sanageyama in a limousine
• The initial argument between Satsuki and Ryuko in Chapter 4 that kicks off their rivalry is as hilarious as it is ridiculous.
  • Made even funnier by Ragyo's reaction to seeing her daughter argue with another individual from a distance , going as far as to think it was an elaborate publicity stunt on Ryuko's part.
• In Chapter 10 when Maiko and Satsuki had there rematch, the former tried shooting the latter with a rapid-fire laser gun and Satsuki proceeds to dodge the barrage in a manner that resembles that of Nui in the canon version avoiding machine gun fire. Then adds insult to injury by mocking her verbally.
• The opening sequence in Chapter 13, including the scene where JB accidentally kills a drunk friend of his is rather funny in a darkly humorous sort of way.
• In Chapter 14 following Satsuki's comeback and victory against Ryuko after that nasty salvia trip, Satsuki and Junketsu proceeds to a vomit fest that might have lasted at least an hour. Disgusting as it was, those two couldn't help but laugh at the experience, bringing them closer than they already were.
• In Chapter 17 while Satsuki's and the gang were eavesdropping on Uzu's reluctant love making session with a brainwashed Ryuko, Satsuki admitted that those two makes her jealous; Junketsu decides to make a conversation out of this by revealing that he caught his wearer having another hidden vice.
• In Chapter 22, Junketsu, who loves being ironed, attempts to do the same with his wearer, though the results are grotesque yet bloody hilarious misunderstanding. Thankfully, Satsuki's life fiber infused DNA allows her to heal the injury rather immediately.
• Gi Man, in general, is easily one of the funniest characters in the entire story, largely due to his DGAF attitude towards what his wife and stepdaughter tend to do for a living (Though he occasionally tries to reign in on what Ryuko does), adding a bit of humanity to the Kiryuin family.
• Rei and Kurioido listening to Ragyo and Dr. Batty have offscreen sex.
