• Mari beating an Alt of Iron Man in a spar (who happens to be using a new, more powerful armor loaded with additional weapons) is a cross between this and Crowning Moment of Awesome. What pushes it over into funny is the consequences of Iron Man losing. Prior to the spar, he made a bet with Mari's "Uncle Steve", who wagered that, if Tony lost, he would spend a month going through a boot camp training course under Steve. With Tony's reaction to the fact that he had just gotten utterly curbstomped and was now looking forward to boot camp-style training nothing short of priceless.
• On the same flashback as the scene mentioned above, there is pretty much the entirety of Spider-Man's appearance, including his reaction to helping Steve with the Bakusai Tenketsu training (for those uninitiated on that story, it involves being hit repeatedly with a multi-ton boulder until you become inhumanly tough and capable of wrecking said rock with one finger... or, obviously, you die). Your mileage may vary, of course, but that particular Spidey? The one of the Ultimate Spider-Man (2012) series.
  • Then we have the Iron Man alt that Mari had curbstomped, staggering in from his boot camp training. And clearly not weathering it well.
    • But the cherry on top for this scene is, right after Cap masters the Bakusai Tenketsu, he informs Spider-Man and Iron Man that he intends to give them and the rest of their team the same training. They are less than happy about that.
