Episode 1: Revival

• A canyon-full of cops and mountain rescue workers fall for the oldest trick in the book: "Look, what's that?!" Then Yusuke attempts to slink off... Ichijo isn't fooled.

Episode 2: Transformation

• Yusuke waking up at a restaurant with Sakurako sitting across from him. Almost as if "fighting ancient mutants" wasn't just foisted upon him 11 hours ago.
  • Also, he shakes some salt into his hand and licks it, then makes a face and wipes the salt out. It seems the Amadam hasn't altered his sense of taste.
• After Yusuke defeats Gumun as Kuuga, the scene cuts to an unconscious Ichijo beginning to wake and the camera pulls back to show that Ichijo is now propped up against Yusuke's side while the sun rises. The following conversation happens:
  Yusuke Good morning, Ichijo-san!
  Ichijo: ...Why am I on your shoulder?
  Yusuke: It's not so bad, is it?
  Ichijo: ...I have never been more ashamed in my life.^note For context, he'd acted out on his own to try and fight #3; but ended up saved by an ordinary citizen, power of Kuuga notwithstanding

Episode 4: Sprint

• Yusuke tries to go after #5 on a police motorcycle that he borrowed from its owner. the Surprisingly Realistic Outcome happens:
  1. The regular police bike fails to go up a measely 3-4 steps (it's not a TryChaser, which is built for maneuver-unfriendly environments).
  2. #5 escapes during this.
  3. Ichijo handcuffs Yusuke, to the latter's exclamation.
  • Yusuke getting onto the TRCS2000A prototype has one moment: Yusuke almost falls out of the seat when his hand goes for the missing accelerator grip. Ichijou opens a nearby briefcase with the grip and installs it himself, activating the bike. Such a simple measure to ensure that the bike isn't stolen.

Episode 5: Distance

• While waiting for Yusuke, Kazari tries telling Ichijou about the time he climbed Mount Everest, and how people used to call it "Erevest", despite the fact that he incorrectly pronounces its other name as "Chomolanman". Before they head off, Ichijo asks Yusuke to tell Kazari that it's actually pronounced "Chololungma". Yusuke is quite lost.

Episode 6: Azure Dragon

• Yusuke is playing with a red soy sauce container and a blue barbeque sauce container, still trying to figure out what he has to do to fight the Grasshopper Grongi if Mighty Form can't do anything to it. Kazari takes that moment to enter, giving Yusuke advice about the right sauce for the right situation...by completely mixing up which sauce is used for what dish. It does cheer Yusuke up, though.

Episode 11: Promise

• Yusuke rushes to a construction site, Senshi playing in the background, ready to kick No. 22's rhino behind... Then Zain punches Yusuke off of his bike, with the music just stopping.

Episode 12: Teacher

• This moment reverses the above moment with the music stopping at Kuuga's punching #22 in the face before executing his Finishing Move, the perfected Mighty Kick.

Episode 19: Artifact

• Even though the episode is largely serious with Ginoga poisoning and almost killing Yusuke, and with people at a loss on how to save him as he slips into a death-like state. When Yusuke returns as Growing Form Kuuga, and defeats #26, he gives Ichijo a thumbs-up as he changes back to human form, almost as if he wasn't dead for a few hours. Ichijo only states, "You're late, Godai!" before walking off, giving a thumbs-up back. Relieved that Ichijo is smiling again, Yusuke runs uphill to catch up to him...but not before tripping and falling on the incline. If the He's Back! moment didn't put a smile on your face, that sure will!

Episode 20: Smile

• After the Faux Death scare from Episodes 18 and 19, Tsubaki illustrates how Godai's body and the Amadam fought and eventually overcame No. 26's poison...with an impromptu arm wrestling match. Yusuke wins, but not without making some incredibly goofy strained faces.
• Tsubaki asking Yusuke if Sakurako is single, since this whole incident led to Tsubaki's date breaking up with him. And Ichijo awkwardly standing behind them.

Episode 21: Secrets

• While discussing potential summer plans, Yusuke and Kazari trade some puns. Said puns were carried into the official translation.
  Kazari: Wanna head down to Shonan, like the old days?
  Nana: Shonan? From all the Southern All Stars songs?
  Kazari: It sho is. (Kamari and Yusuke start laughing) Oh man! I bet that joke's been done millions of times before.
  Nana: I've always wanted to check Shonan out!
  Yusuke: Sho you have!

Episode 42: Battlefield

• After finishing off ULF 45, Yusuke describes his finishing move as the Gold Gourd Beat Chaser Combo Ramming Attack. Ichijo immediately calls that name a mouthful.
