As a Moments subpage, all spoilers are unmarked as per policy. You Have Been Warned.

  • Eddie looking around Jumanji and asking if they were in Florida. Whereas Milo's first reaction is to ask if he died and was put into the body of a "small muscular boy scout".
  • Fridge's rage when he finds out that he's playing as Professor Shelly this time.
Martha: Uh, we have some issues here.
Fridge: You're telling me this? I'm the old fat dude! I came back and things actually got worse! At least last time I was still black!
    • Also funny if you consider that he technically is "Black" in this version too.
  • As a hippo appears from the river, Fridge seems to remember what happened to Bethany last time and immediately steers clear of it. Unfortunately for him, he doesn't think to be careful and look up as a large anaconda comes down and swallows him whole.
Fridge: This is a dangerous place. You've got to have eyes in the back of your hea-! [snake chomps on him] AAAAAAAHHHHH!
Milo: What in the Sam Hill just happened to him?!
  • Milo and Eddie admiring their avatar's physiques.
Eddie: [rotating his pelvis] My hip feels pretty good now! [Martha and Fridge stare at him] Ah, my joints feel like butter!
Milo: [pulling up his pants] Oh yeah, look at those! [flexes his thighs alternately] Look at those! Look at what I got!
  • Eddie and Milo being absolutely clueless throughout the game, especially when they have stop every now and then to have someone explain something.
    Eddie: Who is Ju-man-ji?
    Milo: Is that Barbara's boy?
    Fridge: We're gonna die.
    Milo: We did die.
    Eddie: Are we in hell?
    Milo: I knew it.
    Martha: Oh my god.
  • Once again, Nigel Billingsley explains the game's plot, but this time reveals that the Big Bad is a personal Arch-Enemy of Dr. Bravestone because he killed Bravestone's parents. Cue a flashback of said murder... where Bravestone's father is also played by Dwayne Johnson but in a bad wig, an obviously fake mustache, and a vaguely Italian accent.
    • It then suddenly cuts back to the group. EVERYONE is both surprised and confused.
      Eddie: Huh?
Martha: He killed Dr. Bravestone's parents?
Nigel: Indeed he did, when the doctor was just a boy.
Milo: [to Eddie] Aw, that's terrible.
  • Martha, as Ruby, trying to explain her "Killer of Men" title.
  • Fridge, in general, being just sick and tired of how cheesy Jumanji is and how uninspired various bits of it are. Then there is his realization how much worse things can be when going from being "the backpack guy" to "the map guy".
    • His reaction to Oberon's attributes in this new incarnation of the game, noting how literally all of his weaknesses are present in the desert they are currently in.
Fridge: You gotta be kidding me.
      Martha: Well, "geometry" is...is new.
Fridge: Yeah. Who wouldn't wanna be better at geometry? And for weaknesses, "Endurance." And what else? Let's see, "Heat, sun and sand." [closes his stats sheet] Shouldn't be a problem. It's not like we're in the middle of a goddamn desert or anything. What's the point of this guy?! Who even needs this guy?!
Martha: He can read the map.
Fridge: Easy for you to say, you got nunchucks! I've been training four hours a day for six months. Now look at me! Man, it is hot out here! How is this guy a character in an adventure game?!
  • Eddie is a little delusional about his past appearance when he first looks at his reflection as Bravestone.
Eddie: I'm back! I mean I haven't looked like this since-
Milo: Never. You looked like this never.
Eddie: What are you talking about? When I was younger I was in great shape!
Milo: I remember you when you were younger and... this is not what you looked like.
Eddie: I think my eyes are a different color.
Milo: All of you is a different color.
  • Nigel drops the group off in the desert by dumping them out of a plane, because there's no where to land. As he's preparing to do so and the group is yelling in panic, Martha can be heard demanding to know why they took a plane to someplace they can't land.
  • When Milo is grabbed by an Ostrich, a number of things end up spilling out of his bag since he's playing as Mouse. Among them are several large weapons, including a rocket launcher, an anvil and a toaster.
  • The attempt at jumping over a cliff almost goes right, but everyone does get to the other side.
  • Eddie activates Dr. Bravestone's "Smoldering Intensity".
Fridge: It's this stupid face you make.
    Eddie: Hah? [smolders]
    Fridge: There it is.
    • Martha ends up being attracted to Eddie's Smoldering Intensity, and then makes a disgusted face when she remembers just who's playing as Bravestone.
Martha: Eww! Eww! Old man! Get it together!
    • Milo doesn't understand what's going on.
Milo: Eddie? You okay? Are you having a heart attack? His whole left side is shutting down! Eddie!
    • This leads to a Running Gag of Eddie activating the smolder incorrectly until he swaps characters.
      • Eddie turns on the smolder outside the game on Nora Shepherd, and judging from her flustered reaction it worked!
  • Fridge trying to figure out how to "run" Ruby. Especially the fact he completely ignores being now a hot chick, too busy with acrobatics.
  • Eddie, as Bravestone, is left as a lookout. Cue random guy showing up... so Eddie beats him. And then beats another some more. Then the scene cuts away... and next time it focuses back on Eddie, Bravestone stands next to a literal pile of beaten-up Mooks.
Martha: We should get going. What happened?
Spencer: My grandpa beat up 45 strangers for no reason, and now that woman's husband is trying to kill him.
  • Milo/Mouse now has the ability to talk to animals, and the camels are quite insistent on being introduced properly:
Milo: That’s Lucille, and Hank, and Jeffrey’s in the back.
  • Everyone being wiped out by Switchblade's bazooka... while the camels are just standing around, unharmed and un-phased. Then their grouped re-spawn jingle plays a little tune.
    • After they all return from being re-spawned, the Death Glares that everyone give to Eddie are just priceless.
  • Fed up with Eddie's attitude, Milo challenges him to a fight. With Eddie being Bravestone and Milo being Mouse, Fridge knows exactly what's going to happen and tries in vain to convince Milo it's not worth it.
    • And lo and behold, Milo is knocked into a rock, which then falls on him like in a Wile E. Coyote cartoon. Fridge then calls Eddie out and asks him to stop team-killing.
  • Many people speculated that Bethany would either be Awkwafina's character, or this time play as Alex's avatar. Turns out, she's a horse.
Milo: "Oh my god, right? Like, I'm a total horse. I can't believe that we found you guys. Hi."
    Fridge: [amused] Yup, that's Bethany.
    • Milo's bad attempt at translating Bethany's enthusiastic "Hi!" for the group.
  • This exchange, after Alex mentions shopping for their new clothes.
Spencer: You can shop here? How do you know to do that?
Alex: [deadpan] I was here for 20 years, kiddo.
  • Milo is perfectly aware he's talking too slow and meanders into pointless details... but he just can't help himself. He even starts to apologize in an overly detailed way.
    • It causes Eddie's first death when he takes too long to tell the group that ostriches are dangerous.
Milo: Did I just get Eddie killed by talking too slow, like he always said I would?
  • The team jumps in a mystical river to change back into their proper avatars. When they leave, everyone gets a dramatic slow-motion shot of them emerging from the water... with Milo-as-Cyclone the horse tossing his mane in the sexiest way possible. The whole scene is set to "Welcome to the Jungle" - which cuts off abruptly when they reach the riverbank and immediately start shivering because they're all really cold now.
    • Eddie-as-Ming seeing Milo is now Cyclone and commenting “You should see the size of your—“ before the scene cuts away.
      • Bethany being genuinely thrilled that she's Jack Black again, rather than a horse!
  • Spencer asks Fridge if he has any ice climbing equipment in Mouse's backpack. Cue Fridge pulling out a huge bag, helpfully labelled "Ice Climbing Equipment".
Fridge: You mean something like this?
    Spencer: Just like that.
Fridge: See? That's why I'm the backpack guy! That's why!
Martha: Yeah. You're great at that.
    Fridge: Yeah, I know!
    • It's the delivery that sells the gag - Spencer and Fridge are both acting like it's an obvious thing, not even bothering to remind everyone they are in a video game and this is what their characters are good at.
  • Bethany starts a cheerleader chant before the rescue mission, confusing everyone.
  • After Spencer and Martha have a Big Damn Kiss, Eddie is sure to act as a Moment Killer, down to asking them to get a room.
  • Bethany and Fridge posing as the Brothers Kababik with Fridge passing himself off as the "brave" brother (Tomatoli) whilst Bethany as the "clever" brother (Augustus).
    • The entire "no balls" conversation in the elevator between Fridge, Bethany and the mooks.
Mook: So, tell me, which brother is which?
Bethany: Um, how do you mean?
Mook: Which brother is which? Which of you is Augustus and which is Tomatoli?
      Bethany: Um... I am Augustus?
      Fridge: [beat] And I'm Tomatolik.
Mook: Augustus Kababik. The cleverest man in all of Jumanji.
Bethany: Yes, I'm totally that man.
      Mook: And Tomatoli Kababik.
      Fridge: That's me.
      Mook: The bravest eunuch.
      Fridge: Wait a minute, what?
      Bethany: Did you say, "Eunuch"?
Mook: Tomatoli Kababik, everyone knows the tale of your great and generous sacrifice. How you gave your testicles in order to save the region from the floods.
Fridge: Okay, I think they might be a little confused-
Bethany: Of course. Everybody knows the story about my little brother and his famous testicles. Wherever they may be...
Mook: [solemnly] Wherever they may be.
Fridge: Alright, let's back up. Let's go back a little bit, let's clear some stuff up-
Bethany: He's super-brave! I've always been the super clever one and he's always been super-brave... and super-ball-less.
Fridge: Stop saying that! Both of my balls are right here!
      Bethany: In spirit.
      Fridge: Eh?
Bethany: They're here in spirit. Always.
      Mook: Of course.
      Bethany: Right, bro?
Fridge: [after staring at Bethany] Right. I got no balls.
    • The genuinely solemn reactions from the main mook really sell the scene.
    • As a subtle Visual Gag, two large pieces of Mouse's gear are dangling between his legs the entire scene and beyond.
  • Bethany doing a karate kick to knock out the only mook that Martha hadn't done so.
  • While Fridge and Bethany are infiltrating the fortress amid an entourage of mooks, a elderly woman offers them cake. Fridge, playing Mouse Finbar whose weakness is cake, and who had died from it in the last film, screams and knocks the plate from her hands, yelling, "NO! NO! NOOOO!"
    [beat]
    Bethany: [politely] No thank you.
    • At the end of the film Fridge tries to eat a slice of cake at a diner, but fails.
  • Fridge taking out a boombox from his backpack, which of course serves as the cue for the "Dance Fight".
  • Right after Eddie and Milo bid farewell to each other, everyone is ready to leave the game. When Spencer thanks his friends for coming to get him, Fridge delivers this response as everyone laughs heartily.
Fridge: You do it again, your ass is gonna be stuck here, Spencer! Because I'm not coming back!
