As per wiki policy, spoilers are off. You have been warned.

  • After caving to his publisher's request for a murder in Arthurton, Arthur opens the book with Jenny dead... except not really, she's just faking the dead for her mom's CSI class and as soon as one of the students slips up (disturbing the crime scene) she breaks character to scold him. Arthur even lampshades this.
Narration: Okay, she wasn't really dead. That would be silly.
    • While Jenny is scolding the students, her mom is scolding her.
Julie: Jenny LeClue, you are a dead body. Dead bodies don't talk.
  • When reading about the curfew extension (9PM to sunrise), Jenny complains about how stupid it is, followed by Arthur's narration mentioning that its also necessary because of frequent power outages. Jenny snarks back that at this point "they'll require [Jenny] to have a permit just to go outside."
  • Dean Straussberry asks Jenny if she thinks they made his statue too fat. You have the option to be nice or Brutally Honest. If you choose the Honest option Jenny will comment that the statue might be eating too many bronze pancakes. The Dean actually compliments you for this.
  • Jenny mentions to the Dean that he’s meeting his son, Keith, at the lake to which the Dean replies that he’s meeting his mother at the library and comments on what a small world this is, prompting Jenny to snark “too small.” This isn’t the funny part. The funny part is when Arthur follows that up by saying that the small world is perfect and Jenny responds with a snarky remark, baffling the Dean.
  • When discovering the switches for the library's electricity, Arthur panics and tries to dissuade Jenny from messing with them. You have the option to ignore him and pull the lever anyway.
