  • The Silver Man, a platinum card from the Outlands and Outsiders update, which centers on a man in a nightgown perpetually engulfed in silver flames running screaming through the woods. That is until he noticed you and stops to have a perfectly calm and polite conversation after apologizing for the screaming, commenting on how the silver glow burns to the very core of his being. Of course when your business is concluded he bids you a good night before running off into the woods screaming at the top of his lungs again.
  • Thomas the Ogre, a surprisingly friendly monster with a fantastic beard and a taste for gambling. The local farmers want him dead so they can steal his food while claiming he has been robbing their farms, but he just wants them to stop bothering him so he can get back to his games.
    • Two for one in that if you end up in the fighting pits, he might appear in the stands, calling down to you to fight well because he bet a year's worth of radishes on you.
  • One Drunken Night, a card where in you apparently got completely wasted and somehow managed to wander all the way to the bottom of a trap-filled dungeon without getting yourself killed only to pass out.
  • As it turns out, the best way to beat a horde of gnomes is to kick them into submission to hilarious effect. Particularly if you can coax many of them into a position to be finished at once, leading your character to run back and forth across the battlefield punting gnomes in every direction.
