• The gang's interactions with the snack booth cashier in "He Ain't Scary, He's My Brother", especially when J.P. Ghastly III gets some nachos.
  Cashier: An excellent choice. Our nachos are made with the finest cheese from Wisconsin.
  Ghastly: I'm sure it's delicious, but it's not for me. We need to fix a flat tire.
• In "Goodbye Gravedale", Max Schneider assures Headmistress Crone that he likes working at Gravedale. Crone suspects that he's trying to ask for a raise, but Schneider denies it.
  Max Schneider: I may be crazy, but I'm not stupid.
• In "Monster On Trial", the class takes Driver's Ed which includes watching one of those films meant to scare drivers on the dangers of driving. Afterwards...
  Max: Okay, class, did we learn anything from this?
  Frankentyke: Yeah! I wanna be a crash dummy when I grow up!
