• A lot of the English dub's wooden acting falls face first into a pile of Narm.
  Om Leader: They are bandits! They are evil! (Casually) They live on the other side of the park.
• Most if not all of the domestic Oms' costumes are ridiculous. When Ter arrives at the Big Tree Tribe's lair still wearing his goofy outfit, the tribe has a good long laugh at him...until one of them is killed by an Om trap that he points out.
  • And it's not limited to domestic Oms, either - the Om wizard looks like he has a pink octopus draped over his head.
• One member of the Draag council is caught cradling a pet Om in his hand, reacting surprised as if he snuck her into the building.
• After biting Tiwa on the finger, the young Ter runs off and watches the Draag adults meditate (and mutate) with frightened curiosity. When Tiwa comes in to pick him up, the adults immediately snap back to normal and chide the girl like she and her pet walked in on them watching a baseball game.
  Sinh: Tiwa, go play somewhere else.
• While Tiwa is applying makeup, Ter impishly switches the color of her dye from white to black. When he acts coy about it, Tiwa casually blows a cloud of it into his face.
• When Tiwa brings Ter to play with other domesticated Oms, her friend's Om decides to start singing. Badly. Ter gets so fed up with it that he tries to strangle him.
  Draag Child: What a disagreeable Om!
• While the Oms of the Big Tree line up to drink the Om-Eater's blood after successfully killing it, Terr gets pushed forward in line and gets soaked.
• One creature hatches from its egg and is licked clean by what is presumably its mother. Only for it to be happily licked up with a loud gulp and lick of the lips.
• The feral Oms, skeptical of Ter's ability to read Draag script, test him by asking what item is in what supply box. When he points out that the label reads "magnetic powder", the Om prying it open gets chased around in a circle by a rust-colored cloud, falling over with a confused face full of the stuff.
• When Tiwa is talking to Terr before they go to bed.
  Tiwa: 'Terr loves Tiwa.' Repeat?
  Terr: Terr loves Tiwa, repeat.
