• Duke falling down an empty elevator shaft, exploding into pieces as he impacts the ground, forcing him to quickload back to the room with the password-locked computer.
• Legion's reaction to Bos Schitt's new face:

  "MALFUNCTION!" (shoots the Engineer, who explodes into confetti and presents)
• The Administrator's appearances... and how she screams in pain in Glados' voice.
• In a blink and you'll miss it moment, when Duke is reading his phone for his tweets, you can see some pretty funny ones, including one from Dirty Renamon herself.
  Dirty Renamon: CRABS AGAIN?! SOMEONES FACE IS GOING TO HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS!!!
• Duke's very delayed reaction after #1 walks right past him with his money.
• The big "fight scene".
  • Duke tries to charge forward with Duke Nukem 3D's famous bicycle kick exploit, where you kick with both of Duke's feet at once. Funny enough in the original game, but Das renders this by having a ramrod-stiff Duke Nukem model levitate forward feet-first, then cutting to first-person with recycled DN3D sprites.
  • Duke's reaction to getting his face bashed by a painting?
  Duke: This... Is gonna fuck up my hair.
  • As Duke and #1 are throwing each other across the room, cut to the Daleks watching in fascination.
• When Duke is questioning the guy for the password to the vault, he does so by bouncing around as one would do with a toy doll, while everything else is animated very smoothly. This is a staple of the videos of Das Bo Schitt, but this example stands out.
• Also during this interrogation, Duke doubts the guy's answer. He promptly FLINGS the table against the wall, smashing it. For a moment, the interrogatee sits in the exact same pose as before the table flip and his expression goes "Oh, crap!".
