• "POISON TENTACLE HELL WINDMILL!"
• Just the fact that they only did TWO episodes, seemingly because they cut the wrong plot, since the People Potion plotline is not the one which is the main focus in the manga!
• Particularly as that level of Medium Awareness was not common when the anime was first brought over to other countries, Dug Fin's "I don't care about plot continuity; I'm going to kill you anyway!" was particularly side-splitting when it first came out, and it still gets hearty laughs to this day.
• "My Omelette" remains possibly the funniest ending theme any anime has ever been given. To this day, Kotono Mitsuishi doesn't quite know how she managed to get through it without Corpsing herself into a corpse.
