• Many of Shirotaka's scenes are humorous because he's such a hammy otaku. The Ion figurine he created is a Running Gag where characters express how outrageous it is. Also, any scene with Nay is doubly hilarious because of Shirotaka's usual plus the Pretty Berry-chan/Nay contrast.
  • He eventually earns the nickname "Bakataka", which makes his scenes all the funnier.
• Ion's fascination with vacuum tubes goes full circle during her visit at Dream Sphere, when she sess a Cielnotron junk shop have several vacuum tubes on sale.
• Similarly, Kanon has her shares of Cuteness Proximity every now and then, in contrast to the serious personality she usually has.
• Nay meeting Ionasal as her young Royal Brat self, complete with the Break the Haughty moment with her royal pendant.
