  • In the very first episode, when Mrs. Ockmonek is first mentioned...
    ALF: "Sounds like a typo."
    • ALF checks out the toilet flushing, "Interesting concept!".
  • In the opening for "Looking For Lucky", ALF attempts to hypnotize the titular cat into thinking he's a bagel. When Willie catches him in the act, ALF makes up weird stories about teaching Lucky to tell time or helping him "...with his smoking problem".
    • In the next scene, after the credits, the Tanners come home to see the house trashed, the food eaten and ALF doing the "Risky Business" Dance while singing into a cucumber.
WILLIE: "You said you would behave but this...isn't 'behaving'...this is mass destruction..."
    • In that same episode, when Alf is accused of eating the cat because it's disappeared.
Alf: Maybe it got sucked into a parallel dimension.
    • ALF's search all over town for Lucky; He gets caught by the Animal Control guy who thinks ALF's a strange ugly dog. While at the shelter, he mistakes a Great Dane for a horse and tries to rouse the other pooches with "On Wisconsin" and basically playing up the whole thing as a prison escape.
    • Before that; There's a montage of ALF and the Tanners separately on the town. ALF's looking for Lucky (even showing a stray cat a photo of Lucky) while the Tanners look for ALF (Kate and Lynn attempting to describe ALF to a random kid is a hilarious part for obvious reasons).
  • From "Keepin' The Faith"...
    • ALF tries giving Lynn a little "makeover" with some of the products...He slathers on a mask then (not removing the mask) puts blush on her cheeks.
    • It's revealed at the end that Terry Faith's preserved corpse is on display at the hotel resort dedicated to her and her cosmetic company.
ALF (Reading brochure): "...we'll be spending 3 days and two nights at the beautiful Terryland Hotel. You'll be dancing and dining in the beautiful 'Eye Shadow Lounge' and visiting the 'Terry Faith Museum', where Terry herself is on display...gorgeously preserved in the revolving Crystal Casket! To preserve the dignity of this monument, there will be no...flash...photography."
  • "On the Road Again"
    • While the Tanners and ALF are cooped up inside the motorhome while it's raining.
Alf: Is it me, or are the walls closing in?

    Willie: We'll see you later.
[The Tanners nearly stepped out to go jogging. Thunder comes. They come back in.]
    Alf: Welcome back.

Alf: I vote we go home.
Willie: You're not voting on this!
Alf: Call the newspapers! Democracy is dead!

Alf: I'm out of here! I'm history! [opens the door. Dramatic Thunder.] I'm going to die.
    • "Look it up!"
    • "I'm not an anteater. I'm a... magical creature, of the forest."
  • In "Lookin' Through the Windows", Alf thought a neighbor was building an A-bomb in his basement (it was actually a pool heater). Near the end of the episode, it's revealed Mr. Ochmonek thought the exact same thing.
    • A cop comes into Trevor's house, having picked up a tip from one "Willie Tanner".
Willie: Why does Alf always use my name?
  • The entire scene in "Going Out of My Head Over You" with Alf pretending to be Willie and Willie pretending to be ALF.
"I think we watch enough TV in this house. We ought to do something more stimulating. I know - let's conjugate verbs!"
  • Alf pulls a For Halloween Im Going As Myself to interact with people. All he had to was put a zipper on.
Willie: Where did you get that zipper?
Alf: Well, remember that old coat you threw out?
    Willie: Yes.
Alf: You better hold on to it. I ripped this off your new one.
  • One of ALF’s narrations from “Like an Old Time Movie”:
ALF: Now, here’s the romantic part: Officer Willie is smitten by the Widow Kate, who’s smitten with Officer Willie, who incidentally reminds her of her late husband who was smitten by a dump truck.
  • In the TV movie, as ALF is being experimented on by the government, he's put into a centrifuge. Afterwards, he's interviewed by a scientist, but keeps bringing up Dr. Warner, who was electrocuted during a previous experiment. Cut to him being put into the centrifuge again five minutes later.
