  • In "A Library with No Twilight" Rarity claims to be allergic to water and is revealed to be correct. Season four's "Keep It Clean", later reveals Ponyville's water supply is contaminated with arsenic and who knows what else. Coincidence?
  • In "Funk Master Z", the ending card said "If you have no musical talent you can still make it as a famous rapper." Anyone surprised the normally tone deaf Mane Six are actually pretty good at rap.
  • Unlike in canon, where Discord actually had to put effort into shattering The Mane Six's friendship and corrupting them, in "The Penny And Clyde Show" he pulls it off in seconds with no resistance. Makes sense if you consider that this incarnation of The Mane Six don't have nearly as strong a friendship or moral foundation as the canon version.
  • In "Hell Cheese Over", it is revealed that Pinkie number 2 is a demon of some kind. Remember the clones emerged from underneath the water and Pinkie 1 was sent to the Pony underworld, after being killed like the rest of the clones. The portal could be another entrance to hell or Tartarus, full of demonic forces who just take the form and possibly the personality of the ponies that summon them. That's why Pinkie 2 has a fixation on demons and the apocalypse, she wants to free her demon brethren to conquer Equestria.
  • In "Maud For Your Money", Rarity asks for Maud to drench Rainbow Dash in water. She agrees, though the promise has to be bound in Rarity's blood. The blood on Rarity's rags belonged to Twilight, so no wonder Rainbow Dash didn't seem to mind when the deed was actually done.
    • Also from the same episode, Rarity dams her soul in the aforementioned deal, which seems incredibly stupid of her, especially for such a petty request. But then you remember what a die-hard masochist she is and start to wonder if she just wanted to go to hell all along. And considering other things we learn about her in season four, it's probably a safe assumption she was going to hell anyway.
