There's at least one Pulp FictionShout-Out with Nikolai repeating verbatim words said by Winston Wolf. But the whole film is actually a parable of Jules Winnfield's famous take on Ezekiel 25:17. Everything Robert does in the film mirrors the quote. The Russian Mafia and corrupt cops are the tyranny of evil men. Robert's friend Ralphie is his "brother" who he "keeps" and helps towards a better life. And Alina is the "lost child" who he finds and rescues.
