Data has stated in the show several times that he is programmed to perform a wide range of lovemaking techniques. In this episode, however, he's shown to be extremely awkward and robotic when putting the moves on Jenna. It would seem that, while Data has always been capable of making love, he's pretty terrible at it.
Makes a lot of sense though that he would definitely be programmed with all sorts of physical techniques and have "fully functional" anatomy, but the emotional and interpersonal aspects of relationships would still elude him.
How are they going to get that dead security officer out of the floor? Even if they tried beaming her out, it seems like her pattern will be all intertwined with the ground.
Quite possibly the segment of deck could be cut out and later replaced, and then the transporter could filter out the materials in the deck plating, gravity generation layer(s), etc. to leave only the human behind. But it definitely wouldn't be easy.
